★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma loja realmente organizada! No que diz respeito aos preços, diria mediana, porém algumas coisas são caras; já o atendimento, é regular, falta calor humano.
O que me faz voltar na loja é apenas alguns produtos que não são tão fáceis de encontrar, mas se tivesse uma concorrente direta, provavelmente estaria comprando lá.
A really organized store! With regard to prices, I would say median, but some things are expensive; the service is regular, there is a lack of human warmth.
What makes me come back to the store is just a few products that are not so easy to find, but if I had a direct competitor, I would probably be buying there.

Ontem entrei e não fui atendido por ninguém, mas enquanto eu estava escolhendo meus incensos, fui surpreendido com um vendedor atrás de mim, calado, sem dizer absolutamente nada. Se ele quisesse me ajudar, teria me abordado com um "boa tarde" e me atendido, não ficado parado, calado atrás de mim. Situação totalmente constrangedora. O atendimento no Caixa foi bom e totalmente diferente do péssimo atendimento no piso.
Disappointed by Midway's Mundo Verde franchise. Yesterday I entered and was not attended by anyone, but while I was choosing my incense sticks, I was surprised by a salesman behind me, silent, saying absolutely nothing. If he had wanted to help me, he would have approached me with a "good afternoon" and heeded me, not standing still behind me. Totally embarrassing situation. The service at Caixa was good and totally different from the bad service on the floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja não sinaliza os preços de todos os produtos. É necessário levar o produto ao caixa para saber o valor. Um absurdo! A loja ignora totalmente o Direito do Consumidor, pois o mesmo proíbe tal prática.
A lei diz que se existe omissão de informação relevante a pena é de detenção de três meses a um ano e multa para o funcionário, gerente ou diretor responsável pela exposição do produto sem preço. Pelo visto, não se importam com os clientes .
The store does not signal prices for all products. It is necessary to take the product to the cashier to know the value. Absurd! The store completely ignores Consumer Law, as it prohibits such practice.
The law says that if there is an omission of relevant information, the penalty is imprisonment from three months to one year and a fine for the employee, manager or director responsible for displaying the priceless product. Apparently, they don't care about customers.

Esta, aqui citada, fica localizada no maior e na minha opinião, melhor Shopping de Natal, o Midway Way Mall, um lugar bem localizado, central, e diversos serviços agregados. A loja tem uma enorme variedade em seus produtos que vão desde produtos esotéricos e religiosos a produtos naturais, como sais especiais e chás. A hora conta com um excelente atendimento também o que para mim já torna uma ótima opção. No final é uma loja que super indico.
I can say that Mundo Verde is an excellent store in its field. This, mentioned here, is located in the biggest and in my opinion, the best shopping in Natal, the Midway Way Mall, a well located, central place, and several added services. The store has a huge variety in its products, ranging from esoteric and religious products to natural products, such as special salts and teas. The hour counts with an excellent service also what for me already makes it a great option. In the end it is a store that I recommend.
