★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultimamente tá horrível pago 60 reais mas todo os dia a net cai demora pra volta passa uns 20 minutos e cai de novo . e ele nem se quer explica o motivo .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento, profissionais qualificados, preço Justo, uso a Internet da Mundo Net a quase 4 anos, inicialmente era Rádio, depois Cabo, agora Fibra ótica, não tenho do que reclama, uma boa Internet por preço baixo. Mundo Net está de Parabéns.
Great service, qualified professionals, fair price, I have been using the Mundo Net Internet for almost 4 years, initially it was Radio, then Cable, now Fiber optics, I have nothing to complain about, a good Internet for a low price. Congratulations to Mundo Net.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passou 4 dias sem sinal, c o suporte q funciona até as 17hrs que mal atende o cliente é quando atende é c msgs automáticas e áudios replicados, quando vc finalmente consegue chamar a atenção dos mesmos eles lhe atendem c arrogância como se estivessem fazendo um favor a vc. O sinal cai todos os dias, é na maioria das vezes em horários em q já n tem mais suporte. É então ficamos até o dia seguinte sem acesso a internet, e o PROVEDOR não dá o devido desconto previsto por lei na fatura, estou entrando c uma reclamação formal no Procon contra esse provedor. Quem tem intenção de colocar internet em casa não coloque a Mundo Net pois não presta, vc vai ser mal tratado, e n vai ter internet quando mais precisa. Perdi dias de trabalho por causa dessa internet prejuízo absurdo.

Whoever intends to put internet at home does not put Mundo Net because it is not good, you will be treated badly, and you will not have internet when you need it most. I lost work days because of this internet loss nonsense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou dando só três estrelas pq no começo era as mil maravilhas uso a internet para jogar é minha esposa para assistir séries no começo jogava traquina é ela assistia tranquila até que ficou lenta falei com o suporte me passaram um Aplicativo deles na play story baixei testei a internet o resultado ótimo mais tava horrível baixei outro aplicativo não tava dando 1 Mb de Internet olhe que já tem três pessoas na minha rua que foi eu que indiquei a usar essa internet mais essa semana só dor de cabeça OBS;FORA QUE O APP SO PEGA QUANDO ELE QUER..como podem ver abaixo 1 foto foi com o App deles internet 6 MB
Desconfiei testei em outros mau dava 1 MB espero que melhore...
I'm only giving three stars because in the beginning it was a thousand wonders I use the internet to play is my wife to watch series in the beginning played pesky is she watched quiet until it got slow I talked to the support they gave me an application of them in play story internet the great result but it was horrible I downloaded another application was not giving 1 Mb of Internet look that already has three people in my street that I indicated to use this internet more this week just headache OBS; OUT THAT THE APP GETS WHEN HE WANTS.How can see below 1 photo was with their App internet 6 MB
I suspected I tested on others bad gave 1 MB hope it improves ...
