★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O horário de atendimento no site da prefeitura está incorreto. Na rua lourdes, Atendem TODOS os dias inclusive: feriados e finais de semana. Tem dentista 24 hs para casos de dor para municípes (além de ter dentistas no postinho do bairro durante a semana também); fomos no final do dia, super tranquilo. Meu marido foi muito bem atendido!
Pra tratamento geral, precisa fazer inscrição no postinho perto da residência, foi bem fácil tb.
The office hours on the city hall website are incorrect. On lourdes street, they serve EVERY day including: holidays and weekends. There is a 24-hour dentist for pain cases for municipalities (in addition to having dentists in the neighborhood post during the week as well); we went at the end of the day, super calm. My husband was very well attended!
For general treatment, you need to register at the clinic near the residence, it was very easy too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida tem uns 15 dias.. Com duas bituracoes Quebradas. Um dente não limparam , colocou massinha.. lógico que iria cair. Menos de um dia.. O outro .. tinha quebrado um pedaço da obturação . Remendaram o quebrado, ao invés de retirarar..colocaram macinha em cima sem retirar o quebrado.. muita dor.. Um absurdo da preguiça! E pediu pra não passar fio dental até voltar ao dentista.. Já passaram 15 dias.. ainda Não iniciei o tratamento..
I was attended about 15 days ago. With two broken bruises. A tooth was not cleaned, put putty .. of course it would fall. Less than a day ... The other ... had broken a piece of the filling. They fixed the broken one, instead of removing it ... they put the apple on top without removing the broken one ... a lot of pain ... An absurdity of laziness! And asked not to floss until I got back to the dentist .. It's been 15 days .. I haven't started treatment yet.

My mother had a root canal and they refused to use anesthesia, I would like to know if you are providing torture sessions because it is a free treatment? Be very careful people, you have the right to anesthesia and not using it is a crime

Só tenho elogios para o atendimento nessa unidade. Precisei extrair meus sisos, e fui muito bem atendido pelo Dr. Vinícius e equipe.
Valorizem os profissionais de saúde que nós temos.
My service was scheduled and started exactly at the scheduled time. This is rare even in private clinics that work by insurance.
I only have praise for the service at this unit. I needed to extract my wisdom teeth, and I was very well attended by Dr. Vinícius and his team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas as vezes que precisei ir até o local fui bem atendida e meu problema resolvido. Quando é encaminhado para lá demora um pouco para chamar mas no geral gosto do local e acredito que atende bem os munícipes.
Já fiz preparação de canal, restaurações e já levei meu filho (que hoje tem 3 anos) três vezes para avaliação e acompanhamento. Gosto bastante.
Every time I needed to go to the place I was well attended and my problem solved. When you are directed there, it takes a while to call but in general I like the place and I believe it serves the citizens well.
I've done root canal preparation, restorations and I've taken my son (who is now 3 years old) three times for evaluation and follow-up. I like very much.
