★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! Se eu pudesse dava nota 0, a maioria das pessoas são esquisitas, e fazem pouco caso doq vc fala, além de que em meio de uma pandemia, os médicos abaixam a máscara pra conversar com a gente, pior hospital de Taubaté!
 Horrible! If I could give it a score of 0, most people are weird, and they ignore what you say, besides that in the middle of a pandemic, doctors lower their mask to talk to us, the worst hospital in Taubaté!

Agradeço a todos pelo carinho e dedicação. Deus abençoe vocês e a secretária de saúde de Taubaté. Orgulho em morar aqui.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, cheguei na recepção 16:30h da tarde agora são 19:50h da noite e nada de passar na triagem... Praticamente 4 horas na porta do upa só pra ser colocado na sala de triagem e virar a noite sem atendimento.... Pior atendimento do mundo a saúde em Taubaté é uma vergonha..
Horrible, I arrived at the reception at 4:30 pm, now it is 7:50 pm and no passing the screening... Practically 4 hours at the upa door just to be placed in the screening room and stay overnight without service... . Worst care in the world health care in Taubaté is a shame..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fui diagnosticado com covid 19 e me enviaram para a Upa Central. Chegando lá, expliquei a situação pro rapaz da recepção. Ele simplesmente disse pra eu ficar esperando porque iriam me chamar pelo nome. Não fez ficha, cadastro, nada.Questionei ele sobre isso e ele voltou a dizer que era só esperar que me iriam me chamar. Depois de HORAS de espera, notei que pessoas que chegaram depois de mim estavam sendo atendidas. Questionei a moça da recepção e ela disse que eu não tinha sido cadastrado! olha o nível dos funcionários desse lugar! total despreparo.
I was diagnosed with covid 19 and they sent me to Upa Central. Arriving there, I explained the situation to the guy at the reception. He simply told me to wait because they would call me by name. He didn't file, register, anything. I asked him about it and he said again that I was just waiting for them to call me. After HOURS of waiting, I noticed that people who arrived after me were being served. I questioned the lady at the reception and she said that I had not been registered! Look at the level of staff at this place! total unpreparedness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Atendimento do pessoal de teste para COVID , é extremamente mal preparado e mal organizado , atendente pré exame totalmente grossa , e totalmente incoveniente ao falar com as pessoas e até mesmo atendendo o celular ! Enfermeira do exame retirando a máscara toda hora ao falar com a companheira de trabalho ! Enfim , entendo todo o esforço e cansaço desses profissionais da Saúde , porém o mínimo como em qualquer profissão é de se exigir!!!
The attendance of test staff for Covid, is extremely poorly prepared and poorly organized, pre-examination attendant totally thick, and totally inconvenient when talking to people and even attending the cell phone! Exam nurse withdrawing the mask all the time while talking to the workmate! Anyway, I understand all the effort and tired of these health professionals, but the least as in any profession is to be required !!!

Mas a parte de enfermagem tratam a gente com pouco caso e ma vontade é uma bagunça muitos enfermeiros conversando entre eles preenchendo papéis e os procedimentos que é necessário fazer demora muito, mesmo estando vazio cheguei às 5:00 hors da manhã a médica pediu uma tomografia. E me jogaram de um lado para o outro e nada de conseguir realizar o exame. Tem que fazer o exame no regional, ambulância tem que vir pegar. Como é perto podia direcionar pra ir sem ambulância mesmo pra agilizar o processo e deixar a ambulância pra uma urgência. Aff muita burocracia e pouco eficiência. O prefeito tem que melhorar essa parte burocrática por que está atrapalhando o atendimento rápido e eficaz ainda mais nessa pandemia quanto mais rápido o atendimento melhor. São 9:00 horas da manhã e estou esperando ainda pra fazer a tal tomografia ambulância nem sinal passando mal com falta de ar e nada muita falta de respeito com as pessoas miséricordia tudo por conta de muita burocracia e pouco caso com as pessoas.

And they threw me from one side to the other and I couldn't take the exam. You have to take the exam at the regional office, an ambulance has to come and get it. As it is close, I could direct you to go without an ambulance even to speed up the process and leave the ambulance for an emergency. Aff a lot of bureaucracy and little efficiency. The mayor has to improve this bureaucratic part because he is disturbing the quick and effective service even more in this pandemic the faster the service the better. It's 9:00 in the morning and I'm still waiting to do that ambulance CT scan, no sign of feeling sick with shortness of breath and nothing much lack of respect for people, mercy, all because of a lot of bureaucracy and little care for people.
