★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nenhuma informação satisfatória deixa muito a desejar,eles não dão conta das pessoas que precisa marcar algum tipo de exame o absurdo é que mandão procurarmos a secretária e que chegamos lá e eles passam que não ê la que resolvermos, como se estamos com a receita do sus e a autorização tem que vim de lá .
No satisfactory information leaves much to be desired, they do not take care of the people who need to schedule some type of exam. The absurdity is that they send for the secretary and that we get there and they say that it is not what we have to solve, as if we have the prescription of sus and the authorization has to come from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A upa da cohab manteve uma paciente de 86 anos que teve AVC isquêmico por 3 dia na upa, não comunicou a família sobte o AVC, só transferiu depois de uma confusão feita pelos familiares. Um dos médicos q estava de plantão o "Dr" Jorge Abílio pazeto, um homem extremamente arrogante, mal educado, destratou a senhora que acompanhava a paciente, a filha de 63 anos que é uma trabalhadora que precisava apenas de uma declaração de acompanhante.. o médico rasgou a declaração na cara da acompanhe qque disse q precisava daquilo para não perder o dia no trabalho, rasgou e disse, depois eu faço, e largou 5 minutos depois.. humilhou, mal tratou e foi omisso a gravidade da paciente.

It gets to be a disregard for the citizen, nobody answers the call or if the number was changed they don't update for the public in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secretário da saúde do cabo de santo Agostinho, procure fazer uma pesquisa,e tenha uma reunião com os colaboradores do posto da charneca, o atendimento esta um absurdo, quem tem mais opções de atendimento, são, as mulheres e amigas de quem trabalha no posto, muitas estão lá, recebendo seu salario, so com a cara, sem fazer nada.
