★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O posto é excelente e é considerado referência do SUS. Porém o que não consigo compreender é o método arcaico na solicitação de exames mais complexos (como por exemplo audiometria e outros) pois o agente do posto tem que entregar em mãos do paciente a guia do exame em sua residência. Isto significa que se você não estiver em casa, você perde o atendimento pois sequer telefonam para avisar que o funcionário vai procurar por você. Sinceramente não compreendo esse sistema quando hoje em dia todo cidadão possui acesso à comunicação via internet. Lamentável.

Já eu fui agora em busca de consulta, mais de uma hora esperando para marcarem 15 dias depois. Se tiver que morrer, morre. Contudo, já em casa, no calendário, vejo que minha consulta foi agendada para o feriado! Ou seja, mais de uma hora à toa, pois o posto não funciona no feriado. Um monte de agentes comunitárias batendo papo e vários pacientes dizendo que não havia médico para atender. Só diz "viva o SUS" quem não precisa do SUS.

Quando vc chega pega uma fila grande devido ao alto número de contaminados na cidade, porém o tempo de espera é de no máximo uma hora, a primeira fila vc passa no cadastro a segunda vc faz o teste, depois fica em um lugar aberto sentada esperando sair o resultado. Se foi negativo a pessoa que está chamando não está em nenhuma mesa. Ela te chama entrega o teste vom o resultado é vc vai embora. Se vc for chamado por uma mesa significa que vc está contaminado. A mesa que te chama já é um médico que vai ter dar a receita caso seja necessário, vai fazer o atestado médico e vc já é liberado.
Td bem organizado, rápido e funcional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento rápido para vacinação de Covid, porém a profissional que vacinou meu filho de 10 anos foi extremamente insensível. Ele estava super tranquilo para tomar a vacina mas ela não fez a menor questão de ser simpática e checar se o braço dele estava relaxado e ele acabou sentindo bastante dor pela forma violenta com que ela aplicou. Necessário preparar melhor as pessoas para lidar com crianças de forma empática.
