★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu acredito que tenha sido o pior local que eu visitei até hoje. Os funcionários não fazem a mínima questão de te atender, nem notar sua presença e ao tentar retirar uma dúvida, recebe uma resposta ríspida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrivelmente desastrosa a atuação desta secretaria da saúde e seu posto de saúde do bairro Santana, tenho as quintas feiras das 14:00 as 16:00 para tentar marcar consulta e o número de lá não atende, quando não dá ocupado. Que cidade é esta que após eleito o prefeito para de funcionar as secretarias (ou alguma vez funcionou?), doença não tira férias, cadê o secretário, cadê o prefeito?
Eleição tem daqui a 4 anos novamente, lembrem-se.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar péssimo, não tem humanização ao próximo o secretário de saúde se você precisa falar com ele só vive em reuniões, segundo a secretária que fica na porta da sala dele. Fui durante 5 dias consecutivos lá e nada, sempre em reunião. Ganham para não atender a população um descaso. Falta humanização.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os atendentes são super solícitos e educados , único problema é a falta de planejamento, eles saem pra tomar café e almoçar todos juntos deixam uma única pessoa atendendo, e não se incomodam da fila estar enorme , simplesmente saem e demora uma eternidade pra voltar , se precisar ir na secretaria da saúde tem que tirar um dia de folga porque vai consumir todo seu tempo ..
The attendants are super helpful and polite, the only problem is the lack of planning, they go out for breakfast and lunch all together, they leave a single person serving, and they don't mind the queue being huge, they just leave and it takes forever to come back, if needing to go to the health department, you have to take a day off because it will consume all your time ..
