★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já ouvi várias reclamações a respeito da Maternidade Gileno, porém hoje pude comprovar pessoalmente.
O atendimento é péssimo, os funcionários são rude e pude ver um médico sendo muito grosseiro com uma gestante.
É um tremendo desrespeito, a pessoa está na hora de parir que por si já é sofrido. A paciênte não tem direito a um acompanhante (inclusive antes da pandemia), e não pode levar um celular pra se comunicar com os familiares, e por fim é tratado com desrespeito e brutalidade.
Precisam informar a equipe do Gileno que eles estão lidando com pessoas.
I have heard several complaints about the Maternidade Gileno, but today I was able to personally verify it.
The service is terrible, the staff are rude and I could see a doctor being very rude to a pregnant woman.
It is a tremendous disrespect, the person has time to give birth, which in itself is already suffered. The patient has no right to a companion (even before the pandemic), and cannot carry a cell phone to communicate with family members, and is finally treated with disrespect and brutality.
They need to inform Gileno's team that they are dealing with people.
