★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente para estudar, fácil acesso. telecentro para pesquisas on-line. E um bom acervo. Tem acervo só de literatura cearense, autores cearenses, e pesquisas sobre o estado do Ceará.
E a cereja do bolo é a Gibiteca de Fortaleza. Dentro da biblioteca.
Excellent for studying, easy access. Telecentre for online surveys. And a good collection. It has only a collection of Ceará literature, authors from Ceará, and research on the state of Ceará.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é excelente, porém acho que falta uma pessoa mais responsável para tomar de conta do lugar. O telefone ninguém atende, o horário de fechar está desatualizado, estão fechando as 17:00, porém um dia fui lá e 16:32 estavam fechados.
The service is excellent, but I think there is a lack of a more responsible person to take care of the place. No one answers the phone, the closing time is outdated, they are closing at 17:00, but one day I went there and 16:32 they were closed.

1- Não se pode entrar com bolsas, sacolas ou mochilas que deverão fica nos armários da recepção;
2- O usuário tem que trazer cadeado para tranca o seu armário, pois a biblioteca não fornece
3- Salas de leituras e outros setores são de livros acesso
4- Para alugar livro ou usa o serviço de acesso a computadores tem que fazer a carteirinha da Biblioteca.
5- Para fazer a carteirinha basta: Trazer uma foto 3x4, um documento com fotografia e comprovante residencia. E é gratuita a confecção e entrega da carteirinha.

Just to inform you that to enter the library there are rules;
1- You cannot enter with bags, bags or backpacks that must be kept in the reception lockers;
