★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não muito boa , pois agendar para efetuar uma defesa prévia não tem necessidade . Somente faz a entrega não demora 5 minutos. É um absurdo coisas inaceitável.
 Not very good , as scheduling to make a previous defense is not necessary . Just deliver it doesn't take 5 minutes. It's unacceptable nonsense stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A maioria dos funcionario são um bando de incompetentes, Moro em Goiânia e recebi uma multa em maceió, sendo que nunca fui em maceió tão menos o meu veiculo os funcinarios deveriam prestar mais atenção no que fazem.
Most of the employees are a bunch of incompetents, I live in Goiânia and I received a fine in maceió, and I have never been to maceió so much less my vehicle the staff should pay more attention to what they do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só dei 3 estrelas para um servidor chamado Fábio . Colaborativo com o contribuinte ( meu irmão ) que claramente foi vítima do golpe da multa . O carro foi guinchado com razão , estacionamento em local proibido , em menos de uma hora estávamos na empresa Transguard e tivemos que pagar uma diária inteira.
I only gave 3 stars to a server called Fabio. Collaborative with the taxpayer (my brother) who was clearly the victim of the fine scam. The car was towed with good reason, parking in a prohibited place, in less than an hour we were at the Transguard company and had to pay a full day.
