Eles falam que vai dar algum serviço de alinhamento grátis e colocam o seu carro em uma máquina, depois te chamam e fala que seu veículo está tudo torto e precisa fazer gabarito e cambagem, com valores absurdos e não importa o quanto você fala não eles te obrigam a fazer, e não liberam o seu veículo.
Eles trocam peças boas do seu veículo sem necessidade só pra tirar dinheiro dos clientes.
Anunciam um serviço barato mas depois queriam cobrar R$90 reais pra completar o óleo de freio (sabendo que estava em ordem)
Eles agem de má fé com os clientes.
O pós venda é péssimo.
A minha experiência foi a pior possível.

They say they will give you some free alignment service and put your car in a machine, then they call you and say that your vehicle is all crooked and needs to be gauged and cambered, with absurd values and no matter how much you say, they don't oblige you to do it, and do not release your vehicle.
They exchange good parts of your vehicle without need just to take money from customers.
They advertise a cheap service but then they wanted to charge R$90 reais to fill up the brake fluid (knowing that it was in order)
They act in bad faith with customers.
After sales is terrible.
My experience was the worst possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vão arrumar mil imperfeições no carro para empurrar serviços. Um simples alinhamento e balanceamento pode sair cerca de 10 vezes mais caro que os concorrentes se tudo que eles recomendarem (e são bem insistentes) for feito.

Após o término do serviço, observe se foi exatamente o combinado, meu aro estava empenado, pois bem, continua empenado e paguei a bagatela alta. Não recomendo. Por outro lado, os profissionais estão fazendo exatamente o trabalho deles, o qual foram contratados, parabéns equipe, infelizmente não posso notificar com 9. Melhoras

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz orçamento para 2 pneus o valor atrativo me levou a agendar a compra+ balanceamento+alinhamento. Chegando lá colocaram um monte de problemas no carro na qual trocaram um monte de peças menos os pneus, gastei 3 vezes mais do que o orçamento... Me devolveram o carro com o freio de mão quebrado, o carro toralmente desalihado, os pneus com problemas, o carro com barulho... Conclusão: Tive que reclamar, brigar e voltar á loja várias vezes. Não recomendo! Te dão um orçamento e não cumprem o que propõe. Só paguei pra passar nervoso.
