★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, liguei para saber a respeito de uma casa, (que está sem foto no site) me passaram um WhatsApp, informando que eu poderia entrar em contato, quando mandei msg, o cidadão disse que não possui casa na área, liguei novamente (pela 2° vez) quando me identifiquei e falei a causa, desligaram na minha cara, liguei novamente e dai pediram meu contato para enviarem as fotos da casa que solicitei, passou um dia e nada!
Muita falta de atendimento, educação, compromisso e respeito. NÃO ACONSELHO POR UM IMOVÉL PARA ESSE PESSOAL ALUGAR NÃO.
Bad experience, I called to find out about a house, (which has no photo on the website) they sent me a WhatsApp, informing me that I could get in touch, when I sent a message, the citizen said he doesn't have a house in the area, I called again ( for the 2nd time) when I identified myself and told the cause, they hung up on me, I called again and then they asked my contact to send the photos of the house I requested, a day passed and nothing!
A lot of lack of service, education, commitment and respect. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR A PROPERTY FOR THIS PERSONNEL TO RENT NO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já vi muitas avaliações negativas de pessoas que procuram imóvel para morar. Agora vou dar o meu depoimento como proprietário.
Minha mãe alugou sua casa pela imobiliária, e a mesma parecia que não tinha o mínimo interesse em tê-la como cliente, pois sempre que se falava em atualização dos valores a imobiliária depreciava o imóvel. Não fiscalizou a entrega do imóvel por parte do inquilino, pois ficaram sem pagar o IPTU. Destruíram o imóvel completamente, desde sua parte estrutural, como elétrica e hidráulica.
Já coloquei a imobiliária na justiça para tentar ser ressarcida pelo menos de parte do prejuízo.
Agora reflita se seu imóvel merece ser administrado por essa empresa.

My mother rented her house through the real estate agency, and she seemed not to have the slightest interest in having her as a client, because whenever there was talk of updating the values, the realtor depreciated the property. It did not supervise the delivery of the property by the tenant, as they did not pay the IPTU. They destroyed the property completely, from its structural part, such as electrical and plumbing.
I have already put the real estate company in court to try to be compensated for at least part of the damage.
Now reflect on whether your property deserves to be managed by this company.

Dificílimo a tratativa com a empresa, nunca retornam a e-mails ou WhatsApp. O tempo de resposta , quando respondem é maior que 30 dias.
Valores cobrados ao final do contrato absurdos.
Para falar com alguém é necessário ir fisicamente nã Imobiliaria e tomar um chá de cadeira de no mínimo 3 horas .
