Demora de 30 min minutos para atender as ligações e não começam o atendimento no horário informado. Além disso, esperei mais de 1h:30min pra entregar, sendo que me foi informado previsão de 40 min. Não enviaram sequer o hashi, nem teriaki, nem ,shoyu, o pedido veio errado e o sushi hot veio ice. Se oferecem o delivery, que invistam nisso para que seja possível, pelo menos, um atendimento razoável!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico, realizei o pedido via WhatsApp e chegou depois de duas horas, ao chegar o sushi estava gelado e com muito arroz e quase nenhum recheio. Uma experiência lamentável pois estava recebendo visitas em casa e acabei ficando extremamente estressado com a falta de organização e um péssimo atenciosamente realizado.
I did not indicate, I made the order via WhatsApp and arrived after two hours, when the sushi arrived it was cold and with lots of rice and almost no filling. An unfortunate experience since I was receiving visitors at home and I ended up getting extremely stressed with the lack of organization and a poorly done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar, a promoção 30 sushis por 20 vale muito a pena! Lugar tranquilo, simples e o atendimento é bastante atencioso, tanto por telefone quanto pessoalmente. Certamente irei mais vezes. Ainda não fiz pedido para entrega e não sei como é o atendimento, o tempo de espera e se o valor da entrega vale a pena. Com relação ao estacionamento, o carro tem que ficar na rua, pois, como o estabelecimento ainda é muito pequeno eles nao tem área pra estacionar, mas não é difícil de achar vaga na rua. Outra informação importante é que o dono sempre está presente no estabelecimento, em caso de dúvida, sugestão ou desentendimento com algum funcionário o dono estará lá.

Regarding parking, the car has to be on the street, because, as the establishment is still very small, they do not have an area to park, but it is not difficult to find a spot on the street. Another important information is that the owner is always present at the establishment, in case of doubt, suggestion or disagreement with any employee the owner will be there.

Tasty food, allied with a great price, ok service, but the small space for consumption in the place, could expand a little more. I recommend the place to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurante de péssima qualidade, sem um pingo de profissionalismo e respeito ao cliente, fiz um pedido de sushis no domingo e demorou 3 horas para chegar, em momento algum me ligaram para dar uma satisfação e quando finalmente chegaram os sushis estavam gelados, tinham mais arroz do que peixe, parecia mais uma bloco de tijolo do que uramaki, o arroz super grosso e o recheio mais fino que um dedo, ninguém conseguiu comer foram todos para o lixo, e quando eu mandei msg reclamando a atendente me mandou uma msg dizendo que mandariam um novo pedido na terça. Na terça-feira eles não me ligaram para dar satisfação nenhuma, eu então tentem ligar para lá várias vezes e não obtive resposta, quando finalmente consegui contato pelo Instagram, a atendente me informou que não poderiam mandar os sushis pq o restaurante estava em reforma e se eu não tivesse entrando em contato iria ficar aqui feito trouxa esperando até cansar. Foi a última vez que fiz um pedido com eles, pior experiência da minha vida. Sem falar que era aniversário do meu irmão e tínhamos reunido um pessoal e quando ela disse que mandaria eu reuni o mesmo pessoal e eles ficaram aqui na mesma situação chata.
Restaurant of poor quality, without a bit of professionalism and respect for the customer, I made a request for sushis on Sunday and it took 3 hours to arrive, at no time they called me to give a satisfaction and when they finally arrived the sushis were cold, they had more rice than fish, it looked more like a brick block than uramaki, the rice super thick and the filling finer than a finger, nobody could eat were all to the trash, and when I sent msg complaining the attendant sent me a msg saying they would send a new request on Tuesday. On Tuesday they did not call me to give me any satisfaction, I then tried to call there several times and got no answer, when I finally got contact by Instagram, the attendant informed me that they could not send the sushis because the restaurant was under renovation and if I had not gotten in touch I would stay here as Muggle hoping until I got tired. It was the last time I made an order with them, worst experience of my life. Not to mention it was my brother's birthday and we had met a staff and when she said she would send I got the same staff and they stayed here in the same boring situation.

Fiquei muito chateada! Absurdo! Não querem fazer promoção não façam, mas se fizerem entreguem o que estão vendendo!
Never buy on 99food promotions, I bought 30 different pieces of sushi and received 30 rice balls! That's because I've been a customer for months! And the store didn't even get back to me! I was very upset! Absurd! They don't want to promote, don't do it, but if they do, deliver what they're selling!
