★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente antigo do Murillo assim como minha família no dia de.hoje aconteceu um episódio que me deixou um tanto quanto descontente, fiz minha encomenda por telefone e ao ir retirar tinha um fila enorme e a informação que me pasaram era que teria que ficar na fila pois todos eram encomendas. Até aí tudo certo se fosse o fato que no meio da fila estacionou um senhor com seu carro e para minha surpresa saiu uma moça que estava atendendo dentro da loja e foi até este carro é perguntou qual era seu pedido inclusive recebendo e correndo pegar a encomenda desta pessoa, tudo isso acontecendo na cara de todos que eatavam nessa fila e que esperavam para retirar suas encomendas com o eu. A fica a pergunta qual o criteril para ser atendido?
O dinheiro deste senhor valia mais que o meu ou das pessoas que aguardavam para ser atendidos, por que está diferença de atendimento, espero que este comentaril seja construtivo para voces e que este tipo de diferença só trazem prejuizos para você.Fica a dica!!!
I am an old Murillo customer as well as my family on the day. Today an episode happened that made me somewhat unhappy, I placed my order over the phone and when I went to pick it up there was a huge queue and the information they gave me was that I would have to stay at queue because they were all orders. So far so good if it were the fact that in the middle of the queue a man parked with his car and to my surprise a girl who was attending inside the store left and went to this car is asked what was her order including receiving and running to get the order of this person, all this happening in the face of everyone who was in that queue and who waited to collect their orders with me. The question remains, what is the criterion to be met?
This gentleman's money was worth more than mine or the people who waited to be served, because there is a difference in service, I hope that this commentary is constructive for you and that this type of difference only brings losses for you. !
