Outra coisa que precisa melhorar é o atendimento pelos canais que oferecem (Messenger e whatsapp), deixa a desejar, pela demora, pela falta de vontade em atender por esses meios.
Well thoughtful sellers in the store, elegant clothes of good quality. Price is very high, would not need to be so much, would attract more the public if it improved this issue. Another thing that needs to improve is the service by offering channels (Messenger and whatsapp) leaves to be desired, the delay, the unwillingness to comply by these means.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As peças são bem costuradas e possuem ótimo acabamento.A entrega é muito demorada quando é pré- venda. Eles falam dias úteis,mas hj faz 20 dias úteis que encomendei e até agora nem confeccionaram. O tempo de entrega é a perder de vista.
The pieces are well sewn and have a great finish. Delivery takes a long time when pre-sales. They say working days, but it's been 20 working days since I ordered and so far they haven't even made it. Delivery time is as far as the eye can see.

How not to fall in love with the mustache, great quality clothes, haute couture, the pre-sale has to be a little patient even because it takes time to ship but it's worth it, the girls are too attentive.
