★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As esfirras são boas, são de tamanho que sustentam, os únicos inconvenientes são: é apenas delivery ou retirada e as básicas por exemplo calabresa, por não colocarem nada de queijo o recheio fica caindo.
The sphirras are good, they are of the size that they support, the only inconveniences are: it's just delivery or withdrawal and the basic ones, for example pepperoni, because they don't add any cheese, the filling keeps falling.

Estive no Espírito Santo no mundo das esfiha e vim para BH procurando uma esfiha tão gostosa quanto, mas não encontrei ainda. A esfiha estava sem tempero, sem o sabor característico de esfiha árabe. No mercado central tem uma loja de temperos sírios, chama Beite. O atendimento na porta da esfiharia foi excelente.
Honestly, I expected more from the esfiha, that it would be tastier. I was in Espírito Santo in the world of esfiha and came to BH looking for an esfiha as delicious as, but I haven't found it yet. The esfiha was without seasoning, without the characteristic flavor of Arabic esfiha. In the central market there is a Syrian spice shop called Beite. The service at the esfiharia door was excellent.
