★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, por falta de conhecimento e respeito ao trabalho e tbm ao consumidor estou registrando essa avaliação. Comprei uma peça de roupa no dia 20/08, precisei trocar,no dia 31/08 voltei a loja c a roupa e a nota,mas não efetuei a troca pq segundo a atendente o prazo de troca era de 10 dias,porém não havia nenhuma informação explícita desse procedimento por parte da loja(até havia de frente p o balcão, o informativo falando q a troca é mediante a nota,eu estava c a nota,não trocava pela íntima, a roupa a ser trocada era uma calça cumprida!). Do dia 20 p o dia 31,passou se 11 dias, se não havia informativo do prazo de troca,deixou em aberto q o cliente poderia fazê -lo em qualquer dia. Pedi p falar c a gerente e a resposta q tive foi q ela estava ocupada e quando acabasse o q estava fazendo iria me atender...cheguei a loja às 5h da tarde,depois de um dia cansativo de trabalho e s almoço, simplesmente fiquei aguardando 21 minutos e a gerente nem apareceu. De frente p o balcão ainda tinha o número do Procon. É lamentável esse tipo de comportamento de uma gerente e mais ainda não se informar do básico do seu serviço(gerente da muvuca Itaboraí,leia o livro direito do consumidor, é sua obrigação c tal).
Enfim,gosto das roupas q a loja vende e mais ainda do preço...mas,infelizmente isso foi uma falta de respeito!
Unfortunately, for lack of knowledge and respect for work and also the consumer I am recording this assessment. I bought a piece of clothing on 08/20, I needed to change, on 08/31 I returned to the store with clothes and the note, but I did not make the change because according to the attendant the change time was 10 days, but there was no Explicit information about this procedure by the store (there was even the counter, the newsletter that the exchange is by note, I was the note, did not change the intimate, the clothes to be exchanged was a long pants!). From day 20 to day 31, if 11 days passed, if there was no information on the term of exchange, left open that the customer could do so on any day. I asked to speak to the manager and the answer I had was that she was busy and when she was done what she was doing would meet me ... I arrived at the store at 5pm, after a tiring day of work and lunch, just waited 21 minutes and the manager didn't even show up. Facing the counter still had Procon's number. It is unfortunate this kind of behavior of a manager and still do not know the basics of his service (muvuca manager Itaboraí, read the law book of the consumer, is his obligation such).
Anyway, I like the clothes that the store sells and even more the price ... but unfortunately that was a lack of respect!
