★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente para passar o dia com amigos ou família. O atendimento foi bom, apesar que o local estava muito cheio no dia que fui. Mesmo assim recomendo o lugar. A comida é boa, preço justo e ainda tinha música ambiente.
Excellent for spending the day with friends or family. The service was good, although the place was very busy the day I went. Still, I recommend the place. The food is good, reasonably priced and there is also background music.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Bar e Restaurante Muxima, localizado na praia da Penha, em João Pessoa, Pb, é um estabelecimento especializado na cozinha angolana e regional, com deliciosos pratos à base de frutos do mar, e em funcionamento no local desde 2011.
Trata-se de um bar de praia tipo 'pé na areia', com mesas e cadeiras da cervejaria Itaipava, com sombreiros e barracas amplas ideais para relaxar, curtir o mar e a praia da maneira mais tranquila possível.
Quanto estive no lugar, em 09.09.2021, pude saborear um delicioso prato de petiscos de Camarão (grandes) a alho e óleo, bem como uma peixada de cavala ao molho de camarão, acompanhado de arroz e pirão, ambos muito bem servidos e muito saborosos.
O único porém, aliás, é o preço dos pratos, que são muito salgados, a ponto de testemunhar clientes desistirem de fazer pedidos, pois restaurantes do gênero, em beira de praia, e com instalações rústicas, como são as do Muxima, cobram muito menos pelos mesmos pratos.
Muxima Bar and Restaurant, located on Penha beach, in João Pessoa, Pb, is an establishment specializing in Angolan and regional cuisine, with delicious seafood dishes, and has been operating on site since 2011.
It is a 'foot in the sand' beach bar, with tables and chairs from the Itaipava brewery, with umbrellas and large tents ideal for relaxing, enjoying the sea and the beach in the most peaceful way possible.
When I was in the place, on 09.09.2021, I could taste a delicious shrimp appetizer dish (large) in garlic and oil, as well as a mackerel fish stew in shrimp sauce, accompanied by rice and mush, both very well served and very tasty.
The only problem, in fact, is the price of the dishes, which are very salty, to the point of witnessing customers giving up on ordering, as restaurants of this kind, on the beachfront, and with rustic facilities, such as those at Muxima, charge a lot least for the same dishes.

Smbiente interno frente ao mar, ou mesas na praia, bem pé na areia, onde servem gostosas e generosas refeições. Um dos melhores pirao servido na região.

Indoor environment facing the sea, or tables on the beach, right on the sand, where they serve delicious and generous meals. One of the best pirao served in the region.
