Eu quem fiz a indicação acreditando na palavra dada pelo Senhor em questão de que "Possuía vasta experiência em manutenção de computadores de advogados", como por exemplo os programas que devem ser instalados em consonância com os Tribunais, fato que não ocorreu!
Ademais é uma pessoa insistente, impondo manutenções de "ROTINA", fazendo-me ter custos desnecessários em algumas ocasiões.
Atualmente conheci um PROFISSIONAL CAPACITADO e pude ter um serviço de excelência!
Enfim, vida que segue, não indico!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do serviço apresentado, tendo em vista que perdi todo o meu arquivo no momento que plugou o pen drive em meu computador e ao final, justificou o desastre ocorrido com o argumento de que estava com vírus e com isso precisava ser feito a formatação do mesmo, sem a possibilidade de salvar NADA do computador.
Após a sua entrega, observei que foram colocadas as iniciais de sua empresa MVS na raiz do windows, ou seja, toda vez que fosse aberto o computador apareceria as suas iniciais e não as minhas que sou a proprietária do mesmo.
Por último, fechando com "chave de ouro" ao pleitear que colocasse todos os aplicativos na área de trabalho, já que foram entregues com eles e foram perdidos, eis que queria cobrar por este serviço, o que foi repudiado de imediato , haja vista ser sua obrigação de entregar o computador com os aplicativos que estavam instalados, fato que não ocorreu!
Por conta disso, precisei contratar outro profissional para consertar toda essa lambança feita em meu computador, aumentando ainda mais o meu prejuízo, mas que foi necessário tendo em vista ser minha ferramenta de trabalho, já que sou advogada atuante na justiça.
Lamentável o ocorrido!

After its delivery, I noticed that the initials of your MVS company were placed in the root of the windows, that is, every time the computer was opened, your initials would appear and not mine, which I am the owner of the same.
Finally, closing with a "golden key" when asking that all applications be placed on the desktop, since they were delivered with them and were lost, behold, I wanted to charge for this service, which was immediately repudiated, given that it was their obligation to deliver the computer with the applications that were installed, which did not happen!
Because of this, I had to hire another professional to fix all this mess made on my computer, further increasing my loss, but it was necessary in order to be my work tool, since I am a lawyer working in justice.
Sorry for what happened!
