★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tive uma experiência em 2019 muito positiva com o local e decidi entrar em contato novamente com o espaço, porém dessa vez me surpreendi com o atendimento péssimo e o desdém com que me atenderam. A pessoa que está no controle do whatsapp demora a responder e quando responde não é conclusiva, não passa a segurança e o atendimento devido para o cliente. Deixo a sugestão de melhoria do atendimento inicial com o cliente, porque se esse é ruim dificilmente alguém vai confiar no restante.

The person who is in control of whatsapp takes a long time to respond and when he responds it is not conclusive, he does not pass on security and due care to the client. I leave the suggestion to improve the initial service with the customer, because if this is bad, hardly anyone will trust the rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo nem a meu pior inimigo. Além de demorar para marcarem, agendam o procedimento errado. OU seja, te fazem perder tempo de ir até o local pra nada.
Comprei sessões de enzima e ao chegar ao local me falaram que eu tinha uma limpeza de pele. E o pior: a responsável pela aplicação de enzima não estava no local. Desorganização é pouco pra esse péssimo lugar. Não percam seu tempo e tampouco seu dinheiro.
