Atrasos não são excessões no estabelecimento e sim regras, além de faltar uma comunicação clara com as clientes . no dia que tinha agendado um determinado serviço descobri que a cabeleireira tinha viajado, me deixando assim na mão. Detalhe Isso não aconteceu uma única vez, infelizmente.

Chegar no salão e ficar aguardando quase meia hora na porta por atraso de abertura, ficar aguardando duas horas para ser atendida por total desorganização, aguardar dias por uma simples resposta de mensagem (isso se você tiver a sorte de te responderem), ir retirar um produto que já estava pago e que te informaram estar pronto para no final não conseguir retirar pois não estava pronto e depois aguardar mais duas semanas o recebimento e sempre ficar recebendo desculpas esfarrapadas do porquê do atraso durante todo esse período. É simplesmente BIZARRO o tamanho do descaso com o cliente, chegou ao ponto onde foi necessário fazer reclamação no Procon do estabelecimento. Beira ao hilário.

Arrive at the salon and wait for almost half an hour at the door due to late opening, wait two hours to be attended due to total disorganization, wait days for a simple message response (if you are lucky enough to get back to you), go and retrieve one product that was already paid for and that you were informed to be ready in the end not to be able to withdraw because it was not ready and then wait another two weeks for receipt and always keep getting lame excuses as to why the delay throughout this period. It is simply BIZARRE the size of the disregard for the customer, it reached the point where it was necessary to file a complaint with the establishment's Procon. Edge to hilarious.
