★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O trânsito é ruim e confuso, pois os motoristas são indecisos e não sabem como se comportar no trânsito. A circulação do tráfego também é deficiente pois foi elaborada por uma empresa igualmente ineficiente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bairro super povoado, cercado de ruas em morros que em certos horários, fica impossível circular. Há pouquíssimas opções de lazer gratuito. Não há praças e somente a opção de se sentar em um bar e beber ou gastar nas lojas.
Nos finais de semana, há sempre festas pela vizinhança nos milhares de prédios com seus salões de festa, com barulho sem hora limite pra acabar.
Já presenciei diversos assaltos a pedestres, arrombamentos, e a polícia quando aparece, somente para fazer a ocorrência.
Se gosta de bicicleta, esqueça. Considero um ato de heroísmo tentar se locomover usando bike nesse bairro. São ruas estreitas em montanhas, e você se vê cercado a todo momento por ônibus, caminhões e carros.
Overpopulated neighborhood, surrounded by streets on hills that at certain times, it is impossible to move. There are very few free leisure options. There are no squares and only the option to sit in a bar and drink or spend in the shops.
On weekends, there are always parties around the neighborhood in the thousands of buildings with their ballrooms, with endless noise.
I've witnessed several pedestrian robberies, burglaries, and the police when they show up, just to make the occurrence.
If you like a bike, forget it. I consider it an act of heroism to try to get around on a bike in this neighborhood. They are narrow streets in mountains, and you find yourself surrounded at all times by buses, trucks and cars.
