★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar é bem pequeno e quente, as mesas do lado de fora, pelo local ser escuro, não aparentam ser seguras. A pizza estava boa, saiu rápido e o preço foi ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza boa mas atendimento péssimo, só tem um funcionário que embora tenha boa vontade, é totalmente impossível conseguir dar conta de entregar as pizzas na mesa, atender o telefone e responder whatsapp ao mesmo tempo! Precisam de mais funcionários pra atender a demanda!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TINHA UM VIDRO NA PIZZA!! Fomos comer 2 pizzas nesse estabelecimento e uma pessoa deu uma mordida na pizza e tinha VIDRO. Um absurdo!!! E claro que cortou a língua. Relatamos o caso para o garçom ( apesar de não ter culpa) pois o dono foi um irresponsável e um inútil... Só veio falar com a gente quando começamos a bater fotos, queria que pagassemos 1 pizza e ainda veio dizer que foi sorte não ter acontecido nada. VOCÊS ACREDITAM NISSO?
NÃO INDICO MAIS PRA NINGUÉM.
HAD A GLASS IN PIZZA !! We went to eat 2 pizzas in this establishment and a person took a bite of the pizza and had GLASS. An absurd !!! Of course, he cut his tongue. We reported the case to the waiter (although it was not his fault) because the owner was irresponsible and useless ... He only came to talk to us when we started taking pictures, he wanted us to pay for 1 pizza and he came to say that it was lucky not nothing happened. DO YOU BELIEVE IT?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o atendimento é péssimo ! Funcionários não respondem, você faz 2 perguntas eles não respondem nem 1 direito...isso quando respondem viu. Demoram mais de 30 minutos pra conseguir pedir uma pizza. Sem falar que a entrega é mais de uma 1:30h esperando (eu moro a 3 quadras de distância) e a pizza chega GELADA. Nem adiantar reclamar pq eles vão demorar mais meia hora para visualizar. E se reclamar no insta deles eles apagam o comentário na mesma hora. ATENDIMENTO PÉSSIMO, não recomendo pra ninguém.
the service is terrible! Employees do not answer, you ask 2 questions they do not answer nor 1 right ... that when you answer you saw It takes more than 30 minutes to get a pizza. Not to mention that delivery is more than 1:30 am waiting (I live 3 blocks away) and the pizza arrives FROSTY. No use complaining because they will take another half hour to view. And if you complain on their urges, they'll delete the comment right away. TERRIBLE SERVICE, I do not recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo e pessoas mentirosas. Por 3 vezes seguidas pedi nesse local porque no começo era muito bom, e as 3 vezes a pizza demorou horas. Da última vez pedi 21:00 e chegou 23:30. A última agora foi que para compensar iriam me mandar uma pizza, e quando fui falar quem me atendeu disse que seria um brinde. Caso eu levasse uma grande iria receber uma pequena de chocolate.
Lousy service and lying people. For 3 times in a row I ordered at this place because at the beginning it was very good, and the 3 times the pizza took hours. Last time I asked for 21:00 and it arrived at 23:30. The last one was that they would send me a pizza to make up for it, and when I went to speak whoever answered it said it would be a toast. If I took a big one I would get a small one of chocolate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido por volta das 19:10h e esperei o tempo estipulado de 1:30h (bem maior que o normal) e até aí tudo bem. Esperei pacientemente até às 20:30 (tempo limite) para entrar em contato pela primeira vez com a pizzaria.
Quando liguei, a atendente foi até educada, porém só conseguiu me dizer que o motoboy estava à caminho mas não não sabia em quanto tempo ele iria chegar.
Tive que ligar pela segunda vez depois de 30min da primeira ligação e ela me deu a mesma resposta. Eu disse que iria ficar na linha enquanto ela faria contato com o entregador. Depois de um tempo ela voltou e só me disse que ele não atendia o telefone.
Resumo: o pedido foi feito no IFood às 19:10. O motoboy veio chegar às 21:30h. Ele tentou justificar o atraso dizendo que a culpa era do restaurante. Mas, a esse ponto eu já tinha solicitado o reembolso e feito o pedido em outra pizzaria. Logicamente, recusei o pedido.
Enfim, no meu primeiro (e último pedido), consegui me decepcionar bastante com a falta de comprometimento e respeito do estabelecimento com possíveis novos clientes.
I placed the order around 19: 10h and waited for the stipulated time of 1: 30h (much longer than normal) and so far so good. I waited patiently until 8:30 pm (time limit) to contact the pizzeria for the first time.
When I called, the attendant was even polite, but she only managed to tell me that the courier was on the way but I didn't know how long he would arrive.
I had to call the second time after 30 minutes of the first call and she gave me the same answer. I said I would stay on the line while she made contact with the courier. After a while she came back and just told me he didn't answer the phone.
Summary: the order was placed at IFood at 19:10. The motoboy arrived at 21: 30h. He tried to justify the delay by saying it was the restaurant's fault. But, at that point I had already requested a refund and placed the order at another pizzeria. Logically, I refused the request.
Anyway, in my first (and last order), I was very disappointed with the lack of commitment and respect of the establishment with possible new customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falar sobre o péssimo atendimento do Whatsapp. Fiz um pedido e finalizaram as 21:35. Ate ai tudo bem, esperei o prazo do horário e perguntei as 22:20 que horas iria sair o pedido, o(a) atendente simplismente disse que era a 50min e perguntou o bairro (obvio que essa pessoa nem colocou o pedido na rota com uma pergunta dessa). As 22:30 falou que não entregada no nosso local e não acreditei pelo o fato de ter avisada ja tarde kkk . A pessoa simplismente sumiu.
PRIMEIRA E ULTIMA VEZ, CLARO NÉ
Talk about the bad service of Whatsapp. I placed an order and they finished at 9:35 pm. So far so good, I waited for the deadline and asked at 10:20 pm what time the order would come out, the attendant simply said that it was 50 minutes away and asked the neighborhood (obviously that person did not even place the order on the route with such a question). At 22:30 he said that it had not been delivered to our place and I didn't believe it because I had warned it late kkk . The person just disappeared.
