★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou apaixonada por essa escola! Ambiente aconchegante, atendimento sempre muito gentil, os professores são excelentes e a grade é bem completa, com muitas opções de modalidades e horários. E lá dentro ainda tem o restaurante vegano que é MUITO especial.
 I'm in love with this school! Cozy atmosphere, always very kind service, the teachers are excellent and the grade is very complete, with many options of modalities and schedules. And inside there is still the vegan restaurant which is VERY special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peguei transito para chegar na aula e cheguei com 12 minutos de atraso. Fui informada que a tolerância de atraso para a aula que dura 75 minutos era de 10 minutos. A recepção não se esforçou em nada para me ajudar. Simplesmente informou que não tinha o que ser feito.
I took traffic to get to class and arrived 12 minutes late. I was informed that the tardiness tolerance for the 75-minute class was 10 minutes. Reception made no effort to help me. He simply informed that there was nothing to be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já frequento o estúdio há mais de 1 ano, o ambiente é lindo, energia incrível e super acolhedor. Os professores são experientes e vão muito além das posturas nas aulas, tem consciência, pranayama, meditação, mantra, nossa, a experiência completa do Yoga.
É bom saber que mesmo em meio ao cinza e o frio da vida urbana a gente pode contar com um lugar tão caloroso e humano como o My Yoga, me faz se sentir melhor. Mega indico!

I've been going to the studio for over 1 year, the atmosphere is beautiful, incredible energy and super welcoming. The teachers are experienced and go far beyond the postures in the classes, they have awareness, pranayama, meditation, mantra, wow, the complete experience of Yoga.
It's good to know that even in the midst of the gray and cold of urban life, we can count on a place as warm and human as My Yoga, it makes me feel better. Super nominate!

I grew up in San Diego and there is a huge yoga community which I have been a part of for 6 years and I can say this morning I learned something new ?Namaste

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for the vinyasa class. We enjoyed it. Personal attention and very professional touch. We loved the live guitar performance at the end of the session. The shakes and Vietnamese roll were also very tasty.
