Chegamos na loja uma hora antes do horário agendado e em menos de 20 minutos de atendimento fomos dispensados pelo vendedor alegando que nao poderiamos permanecer na loja alem das 20:00 (detalhe que meu agendamento era 20:30) logo apos ele falar com o gerente dele nos disse que deveríamos retornar no domingo (informei que estava com pressa), mas ok.
Fui fazer outras coisas e quando voltava para casa passei em frente a loja, que ainda estava em atendimento normal com outros clientes
No atendimento estavamos brincando em relação aos valores e tal, certamente, devem ter achado que não tinhamos dinheiro para comprar com eles e resolveram nos dispensar.
Me senti diminuída e desrespeitada por essa loja .... nao indico esse tipo de atendimento mesquinho para ninguém
No dia seguinte fui em outro local e que diferença de atendimento, deveriam aprender com eles.

We arrived at the store an hour before the scheduled time and in less than 20 minutes of service we were dismissed by the seller claiming that we could not stay at the store after 8:00 pm (detail that my appointment was 8:30 pm) right after he spoke to the manager He told us that we should return on Sunday (I informed him that I was in a hurry), but ok.
I went to do other things and when I came home I passed in front of the store, which was still in normal service with other customers
In the service we were joking about the values and such, certainly, they must have thought that we did not have money to buy with them and decided to dismiss us.
I felt diminished and disrespected by this store .... I don't recommend this kind of stingy service to anyone
The next day I went to another location and what a difference in service, they should learn from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o meu prédio eu fui uma das poucas pessoas que não comprou com uma loja que estavam anunciando lá no grupo do WhatsApp. Já tinha na minha cabeça que iria comprar na N&C e foi a melhor coisa que fiz.
Vendo os projetos da outra loja que entregou, nem se compara com o do meu apartamento. Ficou mil vezes melhor, tanto o projeto como a qualidade do produto.
my building I was one of the few people who didn't buy from a store that was advertising there in the WhatsApp group. I already had it in my head that I would buy from N&C and it was the best thing I did.
Seeing the projects from the other store that he delivered, it doesn't even compare with the one for my apartment. It was a thousand times better, both the design and the quality of the product.

Tive que mudar o projeto algumas vezes devido a minha reforma, mas a projetista e o gerente da loja sempre muito pacientes me ajudaram todas as vezes que entrei em contato. Valeu muito a pena ter escolhido vocês. Voltarei em breve para fazer os quartos!
I made my plans at Moema's store and I highly recommend them. I had to change the project a few times due to my renovation, but the designer and store manager were always very patient and helped me every time I contacted them. It was really worth choosing you. I'll be back soon to do the rooms!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a primeira loja de móveis que eu fui, atendimento top, olhei várias antes de escolher... em outubro fizemos todo o projeto, cada detalhe e o valor estava entre 35 e 40 mil, pagamento a vista! Visitei outras lojas e por fim voltei à N&C em novembro (visita AGENDADA).... chegamos lá e não tinha mais projeto pronto pq tinha passado muito tempo - aí pergunto: pq me fez ir até lá pra revisar? Fiquei muito brava.... acabou que conversaram com o gerente e, de novo, o preço prometido foi entre 35 a 40 mil.... fiquei bem desconfortável, não queria voltar (mas na época não poderia fechar o projeto mesmo, então deixei passar)... por fim, após mensagens da vendedora, voltamos hoje para revisar o projeto e fechar negócio..... ela refez tudo, mostrou cada cômodo, tudo lindo, ai ela fala: "tudo ficou 60 mil".... meu Deus, eu me desloquei de São Bernardo até a av. Bandeirantes, em uma sexta, as 18 horas, pra ouvir que o projeto estava 50% mais caro? Não podia ter avisado por telefone? Baita falta de educação.... e o gerente falou que "antes era preço de Black friday"... em outubro já tinha Black friday? Outubro e novembro tinham o MESMO preço (até 40 mil) e no dia que vou para fechar negócio, está 50% mais caro (60 mil)? Me senti feita de boba, enganada mesmo, perdi meu tempo 2x, passei nervoso e nem contrato fechamos. Imagina após o pagamento? Isso pq eu disse que pagaria à vista... Não recomendo esta loja, zero respeito e zero vontade de fazer negócios.

I was very uncomfortable, I didn't want to go back (but at the time I couldn't close the project anyway, so I let it go)... finally, after messages from the seller, we came back today to review the project and close the deal..... she remade everything, showed each room, everything was beautiful, then she says: "everything was 60 thousand". ... my God, I traveled from São Bernardo to Av. Bandeirantes, on a Friday, at 6 pm, to hear that the project was 50% more expensive? Couldn't I have told you over the phone? Great lack of politeness.... and the manager said that "it used to be the price of Black friday"... in October there was already Black friday? October and November had the SAME price (up to 40 thousand) and on the day I go to close the deal, is it 50% more expensive (60 thousand)? I felt made of a fool, really cheated, I wasted my time twice, I was nervous and we didn't even sign a contract. Imagine after payment? That's because I said I would pay in cash... I don't recommend this store, zero respect and zero desire to do business.
