★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um carro nessa loja 2anos atrás tive diversos problemas com ela, carro motor ruim, mais de 6 meses para arrumar e não ficou bom até hoje isso que veio a pandemia e não sai com o carro e fora o desgaste emocional. Para minha tristeza fui avaliar o carro para vender, descobri que as longarinas dianteira estão danificadas. Resumindo estou com um problema maior que esperava. Agora só me confirma como eles trabalham péssimos. Quer comprar meu tiida?
 I bought a car at this store 2 years ago I had several problems with it, bad motor car, more than 6 months to fix and it hasn't been good until today, that's when the pandemic came and the car doesn't come out and emotional wear aside. To my sadness I went to evaluate the car for sale, found that the front spars are damaged. In short, I have a bigger problem than I expected. Now it just confirms to me how terrible they work. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos atendidos pela Adriana Broio. Simplesmente o melhor atendimento que ja tive na vida. Quiçá 10% dos vendedores do Brasil fossem assim! Eficiente, prestativa e muito honesta. Nunca havia comprado carro em loja porque sempre duvidei daqueles vendedores que ficam empurrando venda pra bater meta. Com a Adriana foi diferente! Ela apresentou o carro, apresentou as condições, cumpriu os prazos e virou nossa amiga! Com certeza, só compro carro com ela a partir de agora! A loja num todo é top!
We were attended by Adriana Broio. Simply the best service I've ever had in my life. Perhaps 10% of salespeople in Brazil were like that! Efficient, helpful and very honest. I had never bought a car in a store because I always doubted those salespeople who keep pushing sales to hit the goal. Adriana was different! She introduced the car, presented the conditions, met the deadlines and became our friend! For sure, I only buy a car with her from now on! The store as a whole is top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tivemos uma péssima experiência com esta loja,compramos um carro em dezembro 2021 e após um mês passou a apresentar problemas um deles no freio,levamos o carro por mais de uma vez na loja e segundo eles o carro foi levado ao mecânico e que o problema estava resolvido,mas depois de alguns dias voltava a apresentar o mesmo problema, inclusive da última vez pedimos a ordem de serviço do tal mecânico, mas nunca foi nos entregue, como o carro continuava apresentar o problema nos freios tentamos entrar em contato com a loja por várias vezes por telefone para informar que o problema não havia sido resolvido mas nenhum dos telefones atendem,estamos cansados de ficar indo e vindo pois moramos longe de são Bernardo,enquanto isso a garantia de 3 meses está indo embora
We had a bad experience with this store, we bought a car in December 2021 and after a month one of them started to have problems with the brake, we took the car to the store more than once and according to them the car was taken to the mechanic and that the problem it was resolved, but after a few days the same problem came back, including the last time we asked for the work order from that mechanic, but it was never delivered to us, as the car continued to have the problem with the brakes we tried to contact the store by phone several times to inform that the problem had not been solved but none of the phones answer, we are tired of coming and going because we live far from São Bernardo, meanwhile the 3 month warranty is going away

Compramos um carro no dia 15/01/22
Porém só pegamos ele no dia 28/01 pq ainda tinha coisas para serem feitas nele.
No mesmo dia que pegamos o carro, ele já deu problema.
Acionamos o nosso guincho e o carro voltou p loja no dia 29/01
Falaram que era junta do cabeçote e que arrumaram.
Porém só pegamos o carro no dia 18/02
Ficamos com ele por três dias. Isso mesmo!!! 3 dias.... E voltou apresentar o mesmo problema, não dava partida e água vazando.
No dia 21/02 ele foi pra loja novamente pelo nosso guincho com o mesmo defeito.
Após isso, disseram que ficou arrumado. E que dessa vez não daria o mesmo problema.
No dia 15/03 pegamos o carro novamente
Dia seguinte, 16/03 meu marido foi levar nosso filho na escola e o carro parou novamente.
Levamos em um mecânico de confiança e ele disse que continua sendo a junta do cabeçote.
Mandamos o carro novamente para loja (pagamos o guincho dessa vez, pq estamos sem seguro agora) falamos que NAO queremos mais esse carro. Que queremos o cancelamento da COMPRA! Disseram que não é possível. Pedimos a troca do veículo.. o Advogado da loja veio nos responder somente ontem (23/03/22). Disse que não é possível a troca, que a única coisa a ser feita é o CONCERTO DO MESMO. Não queremos esse carro mais. Não confiamos mais nessa loja e muito menos nos mecânicos que prestam serviços a ela.
Mandamos o carro novamente para loja ( pagamos o guincho porque estamos sem seguro) pedimos o cancelamento da compra. Falaram que não é possível.
Pedimos para trocar de veículo. Falaram que não é possível também. O advogado disse que a única coisa que pode ser feito é o concerto do mesmo.
Bad experience. And I don't recommend it to anyone. Just a headache!!!
We bought a car on 1/15/22
But we only got him on the 28/01 because there were still things to be done on him.
The same day we got the car, it already had a problem.
We activated our tow truck and the car returned to the store on 01/29
They said it was a head gasket and they fixed it.
However, we only took the car on the 18/02.
We stayed with him for three days. That's right!!! 3 days.... And the same problem came back, it wouldn't start and water was leaking.
On 02/21 he went to the store again for our winch with the same defect.
After that, they said it was fixed. And this time it wouldn't have the same problem.
On the 15/03th we took the car again
Next day, 03/16, my husband went to take our son to school and the car stopped again.
We took it to a trusted mechanic and he said it's still the head gasket.
We sent the car back to the store (we paid the tow this time, because we are without insurance now) we said that we DON'T want this car anymore. That we want the cancellation of the PURCHASE! They said it's not possible. We asked to exchange the vehicle.. the store's lawyer came to answer us only yesterday (23/03/22). He said that the exchange is not possible, that the only thing to be done is the CONCERT OF THE SAME. We don't want that car anymore. We no longer trust this store, let alone the mechanics who service it.
We send the car back to the store (we pay the tow truck because we don't have insurance) and ask for the cancellation of the purchase. They said it's not possible.
We asked to change vehicles. They said it's not possible either. The lawyer said that the only thing that can be done is the concert of the same.
