★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes extremamente sem vontade de solucionar a situação do cliente, muita falta de comunicação, liguei no sábado proximo do horário de fechamento a atendente super sem educação, arrogante. A empresa teria q avaliar melhor seus colaboradores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa já faz dias que estou com sinal fraquíssimo, já liguei, reclamei várias vezes e ainda não resolveram o meu problema. Pagamos para não ter o serviço prestado. Não ser proprietário não é só a tv que não funciona, é nada da internet de vcs, não consigo fazer nota para clientes, não consigo ver um vídeo no YouTube ou seja não é o meu aparelho da tv que não presta e sim a sua internet que não presta.
Bad company it's been days since I've had a very weak signal, I've called, complained several times and they still haven't solved my problem. We pay for not having the service provided. Not being an owner, it's not just the tv that doesn't work, it's nothing from your internet, I can't make a note for customers, I can't watch a video on YouTube that is, it's not my tv device that sucks, but your internet that doesn't work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente já há algum tempo, sempre tenho problemas com o sinal, o atendimento não é muito bom, nós fins de semana quando se liga no 0800 informa que vai retornar, mas isso quase não acontece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou avaliando do celular de terceiros, sem Internet aqui. Pior que estava em reunião remota de trabalho. Tentei falar no fone fixo. Nem dá sinal de chamada. Enfim, fiquei na mão. Ah! Vou usar roteador dos dados móveis... e não é a primeira vez que isso acontece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fujam dessa empresa!! Não entregam o que você contrata e não resolvem problemas!! O canal de atendimento é sofrível!! No fim de semana a Internet não alcança nem 1 mísero mega!! Sou cliente desde 2019 e garanto: É dor de cabeça!!!
Run away from this company!! They don't deliver what you hire and they don't solve problems!! The service channel is bearable!! On the weekend the Internet doesn't even reach 1 measly mega!! I've been a customer since 2019 and I guarantee: It's a headache!!!
