Terrible burger, I don't recommend placing any order. I MADE A 2H REQUEST IT IS ALMOST 8AM AND IT HAS NOT ARRIVED YET AND THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT

Fiz um pedido pelo Ifood o qual iria demorar 1 hora para ser entregue e depois de 40 min cancelaram o pedido pir nao ter ingredientes . Total falta de respeito e empatia. Não recomendo empresas que não respeita seus clietes . Nota zero. Dormirei com fome.
Horrible Experience. No respect for the customer. I placed an order through Ifood which would take 1 hour to be delivered and after 40 min they canceled the order because there were no ingredients. Total lack of respect and empathy. I do not recommend companies that do not respect their customers. Grade zero. I will sleep hungry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitamos 3 hambúrgueres no Fity Hotel e demorou quase 2 horas para entregar. O pão do hambúrguer estava um pouco antigo, a carne estava boa e a salada nova. O valor de cada hamburguer de picanha foi R$ 25,00; a coca em lata foi R$ 5,00. Cobraram R$ 3,00 da embalagem.
We ordered 3 hamburgers at the Fity Hotel and it took almost 2 hours to deliver. The hamburger bread was a little old, the meat was good and the salad was new. The value of each picanha burger was R $ 25.00; canned coca was R $ 5.00. They charged R $ 3.00 for the packaging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido pelo iFood, chegou no tempo estimado. Custou 30,90 com batata e coca, mesmo valor de comer no laça burguer ou Mc donalds que é top! Mas infelizmente era 1 da manhã, e não estavam abertos. Então pedi, quando provei o hambúrguer não tinha gosto, tinha uns pedaços de nervo ou osso, não sei o que era, fiquei com nojo de comer, a maionese era sem gosto também, um pedaço minúsculo de alface, realmente, sem condições! A batata estava razoável, o mais gostoso foi a coca de lata. É punk! Resumindo, não indico, e também não peço mais! Façam algo de qualidade, pelo valor que estão cobrando, sei que tá tudo muito caro, tudo aumentou, mas não custa nada vocês venderem um produto caro e de qualidade , aí vale a pena comprar ? mas caro e sem qualidade, é só mais um produto ruim no mercado.
I ordered it through iFood, it arrived in the estimated time. It cost 30.90 with potatoes and coke, the same price as eating at laça burguer or Mc donalds which is top! The potato was ok, the best thing was the canned coke. It's punk! In short, I don't recommend, and I don't order more either! Make something of quality, for the amount you are charging, I know it's all very expensive, everything has increased, but it doesn't cost you anything to sell an expensive and quality product, then it's worth buying ? but expensive and without quality, it's just another bad product on the market.
