★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, me passou tempo de espera de 40 minutos,liguei duas vezes e nada,já estou a 1:50 e o gás nao chegou. Uma total falta de respeito com o cliente, se não consegue entregar rápido era só informar que compraria em outro lugar. A anos que compro com vcs, mas deixei de ser cliente.
 Terrible service, they gave me a waiting time of 40 minutes, I called twice and nothing, I'm already at 1:50 and the gas didn't arrive. A total lack of respect for the customer, if you can't deliver quickly, you just have to inform them that you'd buy somewhere else. I've been buying with you guys for years, but I'm no longer a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ foi pessioma solicitei gaz no sabado p.p. as 15h. Nao tenho reserva de botijao. Liguei por duas vezes e nada cancelei e nao houve nenhuma desculpa por parte da atendente. Quando foi as 18h45 o entregador chegou aqui como ia esperar todo esse tempo.? Ou suas vendas estao a todo vapor ou o atendimento esta pessimo mesmo.
it was pessioma I asked for gas on Saturday p.p. at 15h. I don't have a canister reserve. I called twice and nothing was canceled and there was no excuse on the part of the attendant. When it was 6:45 pm the delivery guy arrived here as he was going to wait all this time.? Either your sales are in full swing or the service is really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só não dou nenhuma estrela porque não te dão essa opção para poder comentar! Não compro mais o gás nesse lugar! Pedi o gás as 11:30 da manhã no domingo, 12:30 retornei a ligar e a atendente disse que logo chegaria que o entregador estava abastecendo, estranhando a demora voltei a ligar as 13:50 a qual não me atenderam mais e não me deram retorno nem se meu gás seria entregue, total descaso.
I just don't give any stars because they don't give you this option to comment! I don't buy gas in this place anymore! I asked for the gas at 11:30 am on Sunday, 12:30 I called back and the attendant said that I would soon arrive that the deliveryman was refueling, finding it strange that I was so late I called again at 1:50 pm and they didn't answer me anymore and I didn't they didn't even return if my gas would be delivered, total disregard.
