★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem um pouco profissional, me falaram que o kit iria ficar bom no meu carro, me prometeram, nada. O kit não ficou bom, tentei regulagem uns 3 meses e nada, quando desisti da regulagem e pedi meu dinheiro de volta eles se recusaram, alegando que usei 3 meses o kit sendo que não está nem um pouco bom, está horrível, negaram meu direito e agora vai ter que ser na justiça.

Em resposta as inverdades faladas na sua resposta, vamos detalhar o que aconteceu.
1° O fato de ter instalado um gás em outra empresa não justifica os problemas que esse kit gás apresentou no meu carro, mesmo pq o seu vendedor e quem instalou estavam cientes, se não passaram para você não é problema meu e sim da sua equipe.
2° meu carro é zero, não tem nenhum problema, mesmo pq quando estou na gasolina, o mesmo funciona normalmente.
3° tanto o primeiro kit instalado em outra empresa, quanto o kit instalado na sua empresa não funcionaram em meu carro, pelo fato de não serem apropriados para o tipo do motor do meu carro.
4° o carro foi levado diversas vezes para abusa loja e duas vezes para o tecnico da marca do kit gás, que fica localizado em Abreu e Lima.
5° Nunca me neguei a deixar o meu carro com vocês, apenas pedir p que tudo que foi conversado na sala, fosse discriminado em uma declaração simples, inclusive falando que se caso a regulagem não funcionasse, o kit seria retirado e o eu dinheiro devolvido, mas a loja se recusou a discriminar tudo na declaração e alegou que não criaria provas contra si mesma, afirmando que não devolveria meu dinheiro de forma integral de nenhum jeito.
6° O carro do meu irmão não é igual ao meu, o carro dele é aspirado 2017 e o meu é um turbo 2021.
7° o vendedor da sua loja informou que neste tipo de carro nunca foi instalado o avanço e o mesmo estava ciente que iria retirar, inclusive ele ficou com o meu avanço, ou seja, não foi assistindo vídeo no YouTube como vc disse, a informação partiu do seu funcionário.
8° no dia que conversei com você, contratado muito mal, inclusive vc deu as costas e se retirou da sala.
9° sem falar que perdi diversos dias de trabalho, pois tive que passar o dia todo segurando o carro p vcs, onde fui deixado de lado diversas vezes. (Esse problema tbm foi passado para o seu vendedor).
Obs: posso provar tudo que falei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalei meu gás na Nacional a quase 4 anos, foi TD tranquilo. Tive q retornar nesses últimos meses para vê vazamento e troca de algumas peças como mangueira. Mais não fiz, ela e bem mais caro q outros locais. Mais isso cabe a cada um pesquisar.??
