★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO ALUGUEM IMÒVEIS NEM COMPRE IMÓVEIS COM ELES, SAI DO IMÒVEL E ESTÃO A MAIS DE 4,5 MESES PRA PAGAR A MINHA GARANTIA, DESVIARAM DINHEIRO DO MEU CONDOMÍNIO PARA OUTROS FINS, QUANDO FUI VER TINHA 3 MESES DE CONDOMINIO ATRASADO SENDO QUE EU DEPOSITAVA MENSALMENTE EM DIA O VALOR DO ALUGUEL+CONDOMINIO PRA ELES, FORA QUE PEDIRAM PARA DEPOSITAR O DINHEIRO NA CONTA DE UM CARA DE ALAGOAS E NÃO NA CONTA DA EMPRESA. NÃO RECOMENDO!
DO NOT RENT PROPERTIES OR BUY PROPERTIES WITH THEM, GO OUT OF PROPERTY AND ARE OVER 4.5 MONTHS TO PAY MY GUARANTEE, HAVE DIVIDED MONEY FROM MY CONDOMINIUM FOR OTHER PURPOSES, WHEN I WERE TO HAVE 3 MONTHS OF CONDOMINIUM DEMANDS BEFORE ME IN DAY THE VALUE OF RENT + CONDOMINIUM FOR THEM, OUT THAT THEY ASKED TO DEPOSIT THE MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT OF A FARM OF RENT AND NOT IN THE COMPANY ACCOUNT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
