Great quiet place to work out, everything clean and sanitized. Each person has their own alcohol gel and paper towel kit.

Academia rústica, com uma grande variedade de equipamentos! Local ótimo pra quem busca evoluir nos treinos e não ficar fazendo desfile de moda!
Digo somente pela parte da musculação, sobre a parte da natação não sei opinar, mas vejo muitas pessoas avaliando bem a estrutura!
Recomendo fortemente!
The girls at the reception are always very good-natured and attentive. The lady who does heritage conservation is very respectful and patient! Excellent gym with instructors who are fantastic people and very well trained!
Rustic gym, with a wide variety of equipment! Great place for those looking to evolve in training and not be doing a fashion show!
I say only for the bodybuilding part, about the swimming part I don't know how to give an opinion, but I see many people evaluating the structure well!
I strongly recommend!
