Comprei um fone que não pode fazer o teste já hora, em menos de 24 horas o fone veio com apresentar problema, fui na loja pra fazer a troca ou então trocar por um melhor dando a diferença, e simplesmente eles não aceitaram trocar meu fone, e nem que eu desse a diferença ... Resumo da história eles não respeita o código de defesa do consumidor ... Quem quiser comprar e tiver um problema com o produto vai ter uma dor de cabeça grande ...
People don't buy at the Parangaba store. I bought a phone that cannot be tested right now, in less than 24 hours the phone came with a problem, I went to the store to exchange it or change it for a better one, giving the difference, and they simply did not accept to change my phone, and even if I didn't give the difference... Summary of the story they don't respect the consumer protection code... Anyone who wants to buy and has a problem with the product will have a big headache...
