★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento... gostam de tirar o corpo fora qndo algo dá errado... meu marido fez a revisão no dia 17/12/21, e depois disso o carro começou a dar problema!!! Meu marido trabalha c o carro e já está há 4 dias sem trabalhar!!! Falaram q o q mexeram não tem nada a ver c o problema q deu no carro... nem ao menos tiveram o trabalho de vir aqui pra ver qual é o problema já q meu marido não consegue sair c o carro... é mta coincidência dar problema logo após eles mexerem no carro... Já marcamos com 2 mecânicos para avaliar o carro e vamos correr atrás dos nossos direitos... e além disso, no dia q meu marido tinha ido pegar o carro, o mecânico havia esquecido de trocar o farolete... meu marido teve q voltar lá... achou o mecânico inexperiente... portanto são péssimos e nem um pouco prestativos... só dei uma estrela pq sou obrigada a marcar algo, senão não daria nenhuma.
Bad service... they like to take the body out when something goes wrong... my husband did the review on 12/17/21, and after that the car started to give trouble!!! My husband works with the car and has been out of work for 4 days!!! They said that they moved it has nothing to do with the problem with the car... they didn't even have the trouble to come here to see what the problem is since my husband can't get out with the car... it's such a coincidence that there's a problem soon after they tampered with the car... We have already arranged with 2 mechanics to evaluate the car and we are going to pursue our rights... and besides, the day my husband had gone to pick up the car, the mechanic had forgotten to change the headlamp ... my husband had to go back there... he found the mechanic inexperienced... so they are terrible and not at all helpful... I only gave one star because I have to mark something, otherwise I wouldn't give any.
