★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior restaurante que já pedi , fiz o pedido as 15:11 com previsão de entrega 15:51 - 16:01. Quando deu 16:05 questionei, os mesmos informaram problemas com demanda e que dariam prioridade. Mudaram o status para pedido em andamento pararam de responder o chat se passaram mais de duas horas da previsão e nada. Completa falta de respeito com o cliente, fora os 20 minutos esperando na central, tenho contato os mesmo informam que ja foi aberto chamado e o restaurante não acha o motoboy (perdido a mais de 1 hora com a entrega).
O pior é a mentira.
As 19:00 e nada da entrega todo meio de comunicação ( chat, telefone, sinal de fumaça) possível a única resposta é não temos previsão depois de mais 3 horas.
As 19:05 chega o pedido Frio com o saco todo molhado e rasgado. Pior aspecto de um entrega que já vi. Queriam não cobrar como se isso fosse a solução, por isso não aceitei a entrega ( alimento em péssimo aspecto, frio, duro por ser esfirra embalagem rasgada alimento completamente exposto).
Worst restaurant I've ever ordered, I ordered at 15:11 with delivery scheduled for 15:51 - 16:01. When it was 4:05 pm I asked, they reported problems with demand and that they would give priority. They changed their status to an order in progress, stopped responding to the chat if more than two hours had passed and nothing happened. Completely disrespectful to the customer, apart from the 20 minutes waiting at the exchange, I have contact with them inform that the call has already been opened and the restaurant does not find the courier (lost more than 1 hour after delivery).
The worst is the lie.
At 19:00 and no delivery of all means of communication (chat, phone, smoke signal) possible, the only answer is we have no forecast after another 3 hours.
At 19:05 the order Cold arrives with the bag all wet and torn. Worst aspect of a delivery I have ever seen. They wanted not to charge as if that were the solution, so I did not accept delivery (food in terrible shape, cold, hard because it is torn and torn packaging completely exposed food).
