★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa, não se importam com o cliente, não respondem mensagem. Comprei uma máquina pelo mercado livre, atrasaram a entrega, não respondem no chat. Não se importam com o cliente. Péssimo atendimento ao cliente.
 Terrible company, they don't care about the customer, they don't respond to messages. I bought a machine through the free market, they delayed delivery, they don't respond in chat. They don't care about the customer. Lousy customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um produto com eles pelo MercadoLivre, nunca recebi o produto, a loja fez total descaso em resolver o problema, nem mesmo indo ao PRONCON. Estamos tendo que entrar com uma ação para poder receber o dinheiro de volta.
I bought a product from them through MercadoLivre, I never received the product, the store was completely careless in solving the problem, not even going to PRONCON. We are having to file a lawsuit in order to receive the money back.

Na primeira o produto chegou totalmente danificado, o Martelete da Bosh foi entregue com a embalagem sem lacre de fabrica pois abriram para colocar na maleta os acessórios a parte que faziam parte do kit, alem da maleta ter chegado quebrada os acessórios dentro da maleta danificaram também o martelete, por isso fiz a devolução do produto. Na segunda compra o pedido já estava em transporte mas com atraso de uma semana na entrega, ao entrar em contato com a loja fiquei em ligação por quase 30 minutos para então ser informado de que o pedido foi cancelado e sera reembolsado, sem que eu tenha solicitado cancelamento e sem ter sido previamente informado. Péssimo atendimento
I made two purchases over the internet. At first the product arrived totally damaged, the Bosh Hammer was delivered with the factory sealed packaging because they opened to put the accessories the part that were part of the kit. the hammer, so I returned the product. In the second purchase the order was already in shipping but with a week delay in delivery, when contacting the store I was in call for almost 30 minutes to be informed that the order was canceled and will be refunded, without me having requested cancellation and without prior notice. Terrible attendance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma parafusadeira/furadeira da marca NKF nessa loja on-line, entregaram no mesmo dia, até aí ok. Mas o produto veio faltando peça, o mandril veio com a tinta desgastada como se tivesse sido usado ou era produto de mostruário. Tentei contato via telefone, WhatsApp e no site e não tive sucesso. Ninguém me respondeu, o telefone só dá ocupado. Achei um descaso total! O produto é bom, apesar da falta de peça e do estado que foi entregue. Vou ter que comprar a peça separado. Mas não recomendo a loja on-line e não compro nunca mais.
I bought an NKF brand screwdriver / drill in this online store, they delivered it the same day, so far ok. But the product came missing a part, the mandrel came with the paint worn out as if it had been used or was a showcase product. I tried to contact via phone, WhatsApp and on the website and I was unsuccessful. No one answered me, the phone is just busy. I found total neglect! The product is good, despite the lack of part and the condition it was delivered. I will have to buy the part separately. But I don't recommend the online store and never buy again.
