Deixei uma câmera de ação para ver se eles consertava o áudio, pois bem minha câmera ficou lá mais de uma semana! Entrei em contato com uma atendente muito simpática por sinal e a mesma me informou que não haveria custo pois não tinha conserto fiquei triste mas fui buscar a minha câmera já estava pensando em jogar no lixo! Até que passei em uma assistência técnica na Castelo Branco loja do japa e eu juro em meio período o cara resolveu algo que uma outra assistência falou que não teria mais jeito!
Então eu quero acreditar que eu dei azar e não que o técnico nem chegou a abrir o equipamento!
Unfortunately I didn't have a good impression despite several comments saying that it's great there I'll report what happened to me!
I left an action camera to see if they could fix the audio, well my camera was there for over a week! I contacted a very friendly attendant by the way and she informed me that there would be no cost because there was no repair I was sad but I went to get my camera I was already thinking about throwing it in the trash! Until I went to a technical assistance at Castelo Branco loja do japa and I swear part-time the guy solved something that another assistance said would not work anymore!
So I want to believe that I was unlucky and not that the technician even opened the equipment!
