Infelizmente nos últimos dois atendimentos a dedicação, acolhimento e principalmente informações ou formalizaçoes quanto possíveis cobranças extras não foram prestadas mediante ou no agendamento " RETORNO" , gerando constrangimento, dúvidas e insatisfação. Esse feedback é para alertar tanto a clínica estética TOMAR AS DEVIDAS providências de deixar bem claro as informações sobre cobranças para retoques, regras sobre agendamento e cancelamento, materiais inclusos, prazos retorno PARA RETOQUES de possíveis falhas pósprocedimentos, o que tá incluso no retorno e o que não. E demais informações a fim de garantir e resguardar os direitos entre as partes para que ninguém se sintam lesados e tenham ciência com antecedência antes de contratar os serviços.
I like Nany's work, I was her client since 2019. Unfortunately, in the last two visits, dedication, reception and especially information or formalizations regarding possible extra charges were not provided through or in the "RETURN" schedule, generating embarrassment, doubts and dissatisfaction. This feedback is to alert both the aesthetic clinic to TAKE THE RIGHT steps to make clear the information about charges for touch-ups, rules about scheduling and cancellation, materials included, deadlines for return FOR REtouches of possible post-procedure failures, which is included in the return and the that not. And other information in order to guarantee and protect the rights between the parties so that no one feels aggrieved and is aware in advance before contracting the services.
