★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei alisares e caixonetes e vieram madeiras mofadas e rachadas. Liguei para reclamar, disseram que não iriam buscar, mesmo eu fotografando o absurdo das peças enviadas. Tive que perder tempo e diária de pedreiro para ir na loja trocar.
Ruim é pouco. Daquelas madeireiras que é para jamais indicar para alguém.
I bought straighteners and boxes and moldy and cracked wood came. I called to complain, they said they wouldn't get it, even though I photographed the absurdity of the pieces sent. I had to waste time and a bricklayer's day to go to the store to change.
Bad is little. One of those lumber companies that you never recommend to anyone.

O caixonete veio com cor e qualidade inferior a porta escolhida e entregue, a maçaneta veio com defeito, e ao fechar com a chave, o buraco não encaixa. Considerei o serviço muito amador. deixo aqui registrado a minha insatisfação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, você liga pra pedir a orientação e vê qual madeira é melhor, e a pessoa quer logo finalizar a ligação, ou seja você liga pra querer comprar e a pessoa parece que não quer vender. Não é a primeira vez que passo por isso no atendimento, seria legal a empresa ter pessoas que saiba bem sobre os produtos vendidos e com simpatia. O atendimento é a porta de entrada do cliente.
Bad service, you call to ask for advice and see which wood is better, and the person wants to end the call right away, that is, you call to want to buy and the person seems not to want to sell. It's not the first time I go through this in customer service, it would be nice for the company to have people who know well about the products sold and with sympathy. Customer service is the customer's gateway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive nesse local na semana passada para fazer um orçamento, e ainda bem que não comprei na hora, a atendente Carolina o nome que estava na nota me cobrou 500,00 reais a mais do valor, em casa com o profissional que vai fazer meu serviço ele percebeu, voltando na loja a senhora Carolina pegou a nota e rasgou, refazendo o orçamento ficando o valor 500,00 reais a menos, fui para casa e resolvi quatro dias depois fazer a compra, NÃO querendo mais comprar com a senhora Carolina pedi para ser atendida por outro atendente, quando outra atendente me informou que eu teria que comprar com a senhora Carolina pois a mesma ganharia comissão, na minha recusa e depois de argumentar fui atendida quando para minha SURPRESA não tinha mais a madeira que eu precisava, comprei em outro lugar e NUNCA mais compro 1 prego aí.
