★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na minha visita, pedi um pastel assado, um pão de queijo e um suco de laranja natural. O pastel assado estava maravilhoso, crocante, com bastante recheio e bem molhadinho. O pão de queijo era bem grande e estava muito gostoso. Fiquei surpreso com os preços. Apesar de se localizar num bairro nobre de BH, os preços são bem em conta. O atendimento foi maravilhoso, todos foram tão gentis comigo e com minha família. ?
 On my visit, I ordered a baked pastry, a cheese bread and a natural orange juice. The baked pastry was wonderful, crunchy, with a lot of filling and very wet. The cheese bread was very large and very tasty. I was surprised by the prices. Despite being located in an upscale neighborhood of Belo Horizonte, the prices are very affordable. The service was wonderful, everyone was so kind to me and my family. ?

Little variety, soggy and cold snacks (even fresh out of the oven). There is no clear command or pricing. Service leaves something to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pessoa que responde o WhatsApp da loja, recebe encomendas, cobra o valor, não faz a entrega, não entra em contato, não devolve o dinheiro pra conta certa e nem da explicação.
O salgado é gostoso, mas nao vale a pena arriscar o stress e o desgaste de não receber os salgados no dia do seu evento. Pede na boc do for que ta tudo certo.
The person who answers the store's WhatsApp, receives orders, charges the amount, doesn't deliver, doesn't get in touch, doesn't return the money to the right account and doesn't even give an explanation.
Salty snacks are delicious, but it's not worth risking the stress and strain of not receiving snacks on the day of your event. Ask in the mouth of the mouth that everything is ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência neste estabelecimento. Encomendei pastéis para as 16:00. Chegou as 17:10 frio e só chegou a metade do que paguei. Pedi 50 de carne e 50 queijo e só mandaram os 50 de queijo. Apos as 18:00 enviaram o pastel de carne. Minhas visitas já tinham ido embora. Liguei prá lá e fui mal atendida, não na questão da cortesia, mas atendente não sabia dar informações e responsáveis não estavam no local.
Pra mim na questão de respeito ao cliente é nota 0.
I had a bad experience at this establishment. I ordered pastries for 4pm. It arrived at 17:10 cold and only half of what I paid for. I ordered 50 meat and 50 cheese and they only sent 50 cheese. After 18:00 they sent the meat pie. My visits were already gone. I called there and was poorly attended, not in terms of courtesy, but the attendant did not know how to give information and those responsible were not on site.
For me, in terms of respect for the customer, it's grade 0.

A qualidade dos produtos que comprei foram boas, pão de queijo, misto quente estão sempre bem feito. Ótima localização e com preços bons para a localização.
The service could improve, as it is very confusing. You have to ask twice or more for what you want as there is no command or annotation.
The quality of the products I bought were good, cheese bread, warm mixed are always well done. Great location and good prices for the location.
