Tentaram resolver uma pequena avaria na pintura do carro especificamente acima do trinco da porta traseira, lado do motorista, com uma oficina parceira. Ocorre que o carro foi levado por duas vezes. Na primeira, amarelou na porta. Na segunda vez pintaram a lateral do carro quase toda, porém destacou a diferença entre o paralamas dianteiro e a porta dianteiro, bem.como entre o paralamas trazeiro e o final da coluna trazeiro (creme com branco), sendo a cor do carro branca. Não tive mais coragem e para deixarem mexer no carro novamente. Estou desembolsando um nota para resolver o problema. Entendo que o serviço não foi feito pela loja, mas é responsabilidade da mesma. Detalhes: na oficina em que meu carro está no momento para reparar o erro cometido, o dono me chamou para mostrar a irresponsabilidade das pessoas que mexeram no carro. Não isolaram nada, não retiraram todas as peças necessárias para realizar um serviço de qualidade. Decepcionante saber que ainda existem pessoas assim. O carro é um Renegade branco, 2017.

At first, it turned yellow at the door. The second time they painted the side of the car almost entirely, but highlighted the difference between the front fenders and the front door, as well as between the rear fenders and the end of the rear column (cream with white), the color of the car being white. I didn't have the courage to let the car move again. I am paying a note to solve the problem. I understand that the service was not done by the store, but it is the responsibility of the store. Details: at the garage where my car is currently repairing the mistake, the owner called me to show the irresponsibility of the people who tampered with the car. They didn't isolate anything, they didn't remove all the parts needed to perform a quality service. Disappointing to know that there are still people like that. The car is a white Renegade, 2017.
