★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá, entre os pontos positivos da empresa ao meu ver são a educação dos funcionários da empresa além da sinalização aos acessos de carregamento mas por outro lado falta organização e principalmente coragem para trabalhar por parte de algumas pessoas fazendo com que gere uma enorme burocracia por um simples carregamento gerando demoras desnecessárias. O outro ponto negativo é a falta de estrutura adequada para os motoristas descansarem e(ou) aguardar o carregamento pois o local de estacionamento não possui pavimento ( terra batida) além disso caminhões de cana passam o tempo todo fazendo com que haja muita poeira no local dificultando a respiração e principalmente durante as refeições pois não tem restaurante no local que é mais outro ponto negativo a se destacar.
Hello, among the positive points of the company in my view are the education of the company's employees, in addition to the signage for loading accesses, but on the other hand, there is a lack of organization and, mainly, the courage to work on the part of some people, causing it to generate enormous bureaucracy for one simple loading generating unnecessary delays. The other negative point is the lack of adequate structure for drivers to rest and (or) wait for loading because the parking place has no pavement (unpaved earth). In addition, cane trucks spend all the time causing there to be a lot of dust in the place. making it difficult to breathe and especially during meals as there is no restaurant on site which is another negative point to highlight.
