★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estabelecimento que não respeita o consumidor, percebemos que o Naru sushi 13 de maio prefere lucrar do que receber uma boa avaliação e satisfazer o seu cliente, atendente ignorante, estabelecimento sem estrutura e algumas das vezes as peças são baste oleosas. O naru sushi da 13 de maio não chega aos pés do Naru maraponga, pois está bem esquecido, no naru maraponga a qualidade das peças são incomparáveis, o atendimento é excelente e é um espaço bastante confortável!

The naru sushi at 13 de maio does not match Naru maraponga, as it is well forgotten, at naru maraponga the quality of the pieces are incomparable, the service is excellent and it is a very comfortable space!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com o Naru foi PÉSSIMA! Fiz um pedido pelo site/app deles, depois de um tempo esperando, cerca de 50min, o pedido sumiu do site. Tentei entrar em contato com o restaurante por todos os meios possíveis, no whatsapp as respostas são pré prontas e enviadas por um boot, ligando para o número que o próprio boot manda, só dava na caixa postal, enviei mensagens no perfil do Instagram também e não obtive resposta. Já faz 1h e 30min que fiz o pedido, com previsão de entrega de 60 a 70min e não consigo sequer saber se meu pedido foi confirmado.
My experience with Naru was TERRIBLE! I placed an order through their website/app, after a while waiting, about 50min, the order disappeared from the website. I tried to contact the restaurant by all possible means, on whatsapp the answers are pre-ready and sent by a boot, calling the number that the boot itself sends, it only went to the mailbox, I sent messages on the Instagram profile too and I got no answer. It's been 1h and 30min since I placed the order, with a delivery forecast of 60 to 70min and I can't even know if my order was confirmed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou criando vergonha na cara e deixando de pedir o delivery do Naru. Simplesmente sem condições. Consegue atrasar em 100% das vezes. Demorou 2h15 para entregar, quando a previsão era de 60 a 70 minutos. Segue a foto do que mandaram. Eu pedi um temaki, mas não sei o que é isso que mandaram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento e local sem estrutura, o preço é bacana mas eu prefiro pagar o dobro em um sushi com uma qualidade para chegar quentinho, com uma boa aparência e sem óleo nenhum! Arrependida!
Já comi no da maraponga e achei excelente, a estrutura e o atendimento são bacanas! Acho que o naru do Benfica está esquecido, precisa de mais atenção para que melhorem em alguns aspectos, porquê não adianta uma só franquia oferecer o melhor para os clientes!
Service and place without structure, the price is nice but I prefer to pay double for a sushi with a quality to arrive warm, with a good appearance and without any oil! sorry!
I've eaten at Maraponga's and I thought it was excellent, the structure and service are great! I think Benfica's naru is forgotten, it needs more attention to improve in some aspects, because it's no use for a single franchise to offer the best for customers!

Pontos a desenvolver: localização, senti uma certa insegurança em ficar esperando o pedido ficar pronto. Outra questão a ser melhorada é o poder de escolha dos sabores das peças de sushi nos combinados que estão em promoção, pois atualmente é o próprio sushi man que escolhe os sabores.

O pedido demora um pouco, mas muito compreensível pela quantidade de pedidos e pessoas.
Atendimento agradável, em resumo uma opção perfeita se vc não for um cliente muito exigente.
