I found one of the best Doctors specialists in the field of Otorhinolaryngologists. Wonderful service and the receptionist is incredibly helpful, which makes a super difference, as we get anxious and distressed when we go to the doctor's office. Gratitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui comunicada que a consulta de minha filha seria as 11:20hs, e que não poderia chegar atrasada, já que se tratava de um encaixe, sendo assim cheguei às 11:15hs, no entanto a médica estava em atendimento, com o paciente antes de nossa consulta. Ok. Mas qndo olhei para o relógio já era 12hd qndo abriu-se a porta, então o paciente saiu... mas que ainda havia outro dentro do vonsultorio... então as 12: 20hs fomos embora, pq achei um desaforo, tanta exigência para que a médica que não podia me esperar s
I was informed that my daughter's appointment would be at 11: 20hs, and that I could not be late, since it was a fit, so I arrived at 11: 15hs, however the doctor was in attendance, with the patient before our consultation. Foi atenciosa, educada, prestativa e muito disponível. Fomos atendidas pela querida e incrível Dra Thaís, otorrinolaringologista, que tem uma habilidade incrível com o atendimento infantil. A Rose já tinham nos avisado que adoraríamos a médica que nos atenderia. Aflita com a saúde da minha bebê e insegura quanto a possíveis intervenções, fiquei confortável imediatamente com o atendimento da Dra Thais. Humana, segura, acolhedora, super competente, atualizada, paciente, de uma empatia rara. Sabe aquela médica que nasceu para aquilo que se propôs. Gratidão Rose e Dra Thaís pelos cuidados com minha pequena❣
The environment at NASUS is welcoming, mainly because of the wonderful attendant that is Rose. Clearly, she likes what she does and where she is. She was attentive, polite, helpful and very available. We were attended by the dear and amazing Dr Thais, an otolaryngologist, who has an incredible skill with child care. Rose had already warned us that we would love the doctor who would attend to us. Distressed with my baby's health and insecure about possible interventions, I was immediately comfortable with Dr Thais' care. Human, safe, welcoming, super competent, updated, patient, with a rare empathy. You know that doctor who was born for what she proposed. Gratitude Rose and Dr Thais for taking care of my little❣
