★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aprovei o orçamento e layout, porém quando recebi o material péssimo, todos com falhas, a tampa do copo para colocar ela tive que forçar e acabei quebrando alguma dos copos, que além de fracos a tampa não é de fácil aplicação, fiz a reclamação a pessoa ficou de me dar retorno e não me deu nenhuma satisfação, depois de insistir outra vez disse que falou com a gerente e ela disse que é assim mesmo, claro que não é. Já fiz esse mesmo copo no REI DOS COPOS e recebi perfeito. Dessa vez fiz com vocês pq eles não iriam conseguir me atender dentro do prazo. Pra mim foi primeira e última vez. Bom atendimento vai do início ao fim, ficou claro que vocês não se importam com o retorno do cliente, pela inércia no atendimento.
