Desde a recepção pela secretaria representada pela senhora Joana e pelo dono Sr Otácio - sempre muito solicitos , educados, atenciosos e prestativos, passando pelo Atendente Sr Genilson e finalizando pela excepcional dedicação e profissionalismo do professor Renilson que habilmente sabe conduzir suas aulas, abordando os pontos mais importantes e exigidos pelo Detran Potiguar.
A auto escola está de parabéns.
recomendo a todos que estiverem à procura para retirar, renovar e reciclar carteira de motorista.
Bem localizado. Área fácil para Estacionamento. Banheiros. Não há acesso pra cadeirantes. Em frente a uma. churrascaria, o que facilita o almoço após aulas teóricas. Sala de aula teórica climatizada. Preço justo do curso. Pessoal honesto, educado, atenciosos, prestativos e responsáveis.

Well located. Easy parking area. Bathrooms. There is no access for wheelchair users. In front of one. steakhouse, which facilitates lunch after theoretical classes. Theoretical classroom with air conditioning. Fair course price. Honest, polite, attentive, helpful and responsible staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico, péssimo atendimento da recepção . Notória diferença de quando o aluno vai se matricular a quando já é aluno e precisa de alguma informação.
A recepcionista só passa informações em determinados dias da semana e quando o aluno insiste muito.
Na aula prática de moto o aluno tem que se virar sozinho .
Obs: Conheço bem pois vi de perto o que minha esposa passou aí fazer na Natalense .

I do not indicate, poor reception service. Noticeable difference from when the student will enroll to when he is already a student and needs some information.
The receptionist only gives information on certain days of the week and when the student insists a lot.
In the motorcycle practice class the student has to turn around alone.
Note: I know well because I saw closely what my wife spent there doing in Natalense.
It looked like I was asking for favor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O antendimento é sempre muito bom, mas peca bastante na aula de moto, o instrutor sentado mexendo no telefone e nenhuma orientação, não ensinando o básico, quase me acidentei pois não sabia como parar e nem onde ficava o freio ou quando a moto estava sem controle e acelerei e quase bati e nenhuma supervisão ou dica e da para ver com os outros instrutores de outra auto escola e vê a diferença gritante
The service is always very good, but it's very bad in the motorcycle class, the instructor sitting on the phone and no guidance, not teaching the basics, I almost got an accident because I didn't know how to stop or where the brake was or when the bike was without control and accelerated and almost crashed and no supervision or tip and you can see with the other instructors from another bus school and see the glaring difference
