Levei meu notebook na primeira vez e me cobraram 50 reais para abrir (até aí tudo bem, porém segundo eles, o problema era a entrada do notebook, devolvendo meu aparelho pior do que estava). Retornei então com meu notebook e pedi para encontrarem o problema. O técnico (que já não era o mesmo da primeira vez), falou que ia formatar, não cumprindo com o prazo e ainda não cumprindo com a promessa de que ia manter meus programas importantes (word, etc). Eles não respondem o whats up, sendo muito difícil entrar em contato direto com o técnico. Tive que ”aparecer de surpresa” na empresa para conseguir entrar em contato com um dos técnicos, além de não terem controle sobre os valores dos serviços (quando fui pagar a formatação, a secretaria da empresa não fazia a mínima ideia do quanto tinha que receber). Enfim, na minha opinião, não possuem respeito nenhum com o cliente, péssima empresa, não recomendo para ninguém (só me deu mais dor de cabeça).
Lousy company, does not meet deadlines and are extremely disorganized. I took my notebook the first time and they charged me 50 reais to open it (so far so good, but according to them, the problem was the entry of the notebook, returning my device worse than it was). I then returned with my notebook and asked to find the problem. The technician (who was no longer the same as the first time), said he was going to format, not meeting the deadline and still not fulfilling the promise that he would keep my important programs (word, etc.). They don't answer whats up, being very difficult to get in direct contact with the technician. I had to “appear by surprise” at the company in order to get in touch with one of the technicians, in addition to not having control over the values of the services (when I went to pay for the format, the company secretary had no idea how much I had to receive ). Anyway, in my opinion, they have no respect for the customer, bad company, I don't recommend it to anyone (it just gave me more headaches).
