★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tem como dar 0 estrela. Meu carro que era pra sair do Pará e ser entregue na Paraíba, foi parar em Mato Grosso do Sul, foi pra mais longe do que a distância original, mais de 40 dias para entregar o veículo, um lixo de empresa!!!
Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars. My car that was supposed to leave Pará and be delivered in Paraíba, ended up in Mato Grosso do Sul, went further than the original distance, more than 40 days to deliver the vehicle, a company trash!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei bastante da experiência com a Nacional, em tudo que foi tratado diretamente com eles. Contratei o trecho BA x RJ e achei a equipe muito profissional nas interações e no processo de recebimento do veículo.
O acompanhamento é bem organizado e o sistema de rastreamento não mostra a localização em tempo-real, mas se atualiza quanto a mudanças na previsão de entrega.
O reboque responsável pela entrega residencial descumpriu o horário definido, mas a Nacional não teve influência no erro e prestou um suporte muito cordial em tentar dirimir a situação.
I really enjoyed the experience with Nacional, in everything that was dealt with directly with them. I hired the BA x RJ stretch and I found the team to be very professional in the interactions and in the process of receiving the vehicle.
Tracking is well organized and the tracking system does not show the location in real-time, but is updated for changes in the delivery forecast.
The trailer responsible for the residential delivery did not comply with the set time, but Nacional had no influence on the error and provided very cordial support in trying to resolve the situation.

Prometem que vão entregar numa data e não cumprem, quando vc liga pra pedir Feedback sequer atentem e ainda quando atendem destratam e fazem pouco caso, pra fechar é uma conversa bonita, depois que você acorda o serviço começa a mentira. Não recomendo!
A nacional é especialista na arte de mentir, contam uma atrás da outra e o suporte negligencia todo o atendimento ruim. Péssima escolha!!!
Bad experience, they are experts at lying.
They promise they will deliver on a date and they don't fulfill it, when you call to ask for feedback they don't even pay attention and even when they answer they mistreat and pay little attention, to close it's a nice conversation, after you wake up the service starts the lie. I do not recommend!
Nacional specializes in the art of lying, they count one after the other and the support neglects all the bad service. Bad choice!!!
