Fui trocar um creme corporal que foi comprado com sabonetes. Foi recusado a troca pena loja.
Péssimo atendimento! Passaram essa informação, estive lá e foi negado dizendo que não poderiam trocar porque era Kit e não teriam como dar baixa no sistema. Péssima administração, falta de profissionalismo.
I work in a company in Caçapava and the Natura store was chosen to present the employees and the information that was given is that exchanges could be made if necessary.
I went to exchange a body cream that was bought with soaps. The store penalty exchange was refused.
Terrible attendance! They passed on this information, I was there and was denied saying that they could not change because it was Kit and they would not be able to cancel the system. Bad management, lack of professionalism.
