★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou moradora . O imóvel em si é nota 10. O que deixa a desejar a vizinhança do condomínio ao lado ( nao agravando a todos) , transporte e a parte de acesso a prefeitura precisa urgente ajeitar o acesso de carros e colocar passeios mais seguro para os pedestres.
I'm a resident. The property itself is note 10. What leaves to desire the neighborhood of the next condo (not worsening at all), transportation and the part of access to the city must urgently set the access of cars and put safer rides for pedestrians.

The condo is very nice, I just didn't like the view, but depending on the property, it could be a great house and easy to take the bus, for example.
